Our room was to be pool side, we were in a per room, toilet kept running, when asked about our room that was to be pool side they blamed on getting my room through expedia.

Nice place to stay. Will stay again.

The Staff was not friendly or welcoming. I am in the service business myself and would be upset if me employees projected the attitude towards customers as she was towards me when I checked out. Pulled back the covers and there was a contact lens on the pillow, toilet was not wiped off, good thing I travel with Lysol wipes. Highly doubtful I recommend or stay at this facility again.

Access is a bit difficult right now because of the construction on I25. Our room was very quiet. It was an inside room overlooking the interior courtyard area. My only problem was that the door was very tight and somewhat sticky. It was very hard for my wife to open or close it.

For the most part, everything was great! When we walked into our room, we found that it had not been cleaned at all !!!!!! We cleaned the bathroom ourselves, got towels from the from desk and put all the trash out in the hallway and went to the front desk for wastebasket liners. Also, the restaurant was not open for lunches or dinners.

The property was in great shape. We waited almost 1/2 to check in. They only had one person at the front desk. Also the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers in the shower we're empty. Great free breakfast. Even with the few inconveniences I would stay there again.

The pool is super fun! Our room toilet and the toilets we used in the lobby area were not so clean. We informed the front desk and they said they would notify housekeeping.

The kids loved the little waterpark (a couple small slides and a balance float toy) additions to the pool. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast a great way to start the day.

The hotel was great. I loved the cowboy theme. Unfortunately, Hotels.com allowed me to book a suite that wasn’t actually available. The front desk told me that they do this often. So we were put in a smaller room and given a rollaway bed to make up for it.

The staff was courteous. The door to the outside entrance of the rooms was jammed and I had force my way in. There was no locking mechanism on the door. (Security). The room was clean but is ageing. The breakfast was very good.

The man who checked me in was unprofessional. He seemed stressed out and unfriendly. He spoke very quietly and when I told him I was hard of hearing, he said "if I'm not quiet, I'm yelling". I told him I had reserved a room with two beds, poolside. First, he pulled up the wrong reservation and said, did you reserve a king. I said "no, I reserved two queen size beds, poolside". He told me they had no more poolside rooms available. I said "well, that is what I reserved". He replied by telling me they have a lot of different people making reservations, and that it is first come, first serve. Huh? Then what is the point of making a reservation? We took a room that was available on the second floor. It looked moderately clean, although it was apparent that the floor had not been vacuumed around the edge of the beds and walls and the bathroom could use a deep clean. We stayed for two nights, and we had booked rooms there specifically because the pool looked family friendly and we were looking forward to swimming. When we got there, it was packed. The basketball hoop shown in the pictures online was nowhere to be seen and it was less than 4' deep at it's deepest. The second night we, we thought we would at least sit in the hot tub for a little while before going to bed, only to find some group of teenagers had taken over the entire pool area. They were very rough, climbing up over the second story balcony and they did not leave the hot tub until well after the pool closed.

The staff was great. The faculty was a little run down and needs some updating. It was quiet and convenient for the event I was there for.

Pool is great, but too cold for kids under 5, all of the younger kids had to spend time in the hot tub warming up. However, it's fun enough that they will play in the cold pool until their lips are blue. Our room wasn't the best to sleep in, it stayed 75 and very humid the entire night. The kids had a blast, so if that's what you're going for, it's a good deal

They didn’t have our reservation when we arrived. We booked three rooms and they only had one. They fixed it and gave us a discount so that was great, but in order to do that the employees spoke so rudely to each other. Went to the bar and when asked what was on tap.. bartender just pointed to the tap handles (they were turned so we couldn’t read them all) and said “those.” Overall it felt like people there don’t like their jobs. In the end, we were charged correctly for all three rooms but also charged for two additional rooms at full price. When we called to have it fixed. The employee hung up on us. Two days later we received a credit. Just a weird and not pleasant experience.

Looks are deceiving, the room was kind of run down. Only one lamp worked. Bathroom floor tile was cracked. When we got to our room and opened a drawer, there was 10 empty beer cans. So house keeping did not fully check room. The AC could have been better.

Stayed at this property many times. It’s clean, quiet, pet friendly. The front desk personal is efficient, but keys don’t always work the first time, have to go back and reprogram them. The the restaurant situation is a bit to be desired. Only one person in the bar doing both drinks and food. I had to get my own menu, go to the bar to order, didn’t get exactly what I ordered, either did my dad, had to get water from the lobby of the hotel. Food was pretty good.

A/C in the room was not working. Made for uncomfortable nights. Celling access panel fell and hit my son in the bath room. Tub would not drain. Took maintenance an hour to fix it.

We were passing through and our car broke down. We were able to get a suite for our family of five and could easily extend our stay as needed. The shuttle service was great and took us anywhere we needed to go in town. The pool was a wonderful distraction for the kids. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. They took great care of us during a stressful experience.

Stores were closed and hotel had water shut off and rooms were gross!

We came on a Monday which apparently many stores and restaurants are closed. Our hotel didn’t have water for several hours.

When we arrived, the hotel had no water and the rooms were dirty. Won’t be going back

Nice convenient place to stay. Good breakfast. Surrounding area was alright

Needs renovation. Shower leaking around faucet. Carpet dated and worn. Airport shuttle never came even after an hour.

It wasn’t really a pool view but mainly the lobby area behind it but still easier to get to the pool! Great stay!

The room we stayed was smelly. We do not have a pet and my husband and I do not smoke . We probably would not stay there anymore or recommend it to anyone

Room was old and beds were uncomfortable. Room smelled like a dirty animal. Refrigerator smelled like old fish and there was hair in the bathtub.
