The hotel is located at the heart of city ..a few minutes walk to Shinsaibashi and an indoor walkway direct access to subway. Overall the room condition and the facilities are above standard. Will come back again for the next visit.

Amazing hotel located in a prime location conveniently located above exit 8 of shinsaibashi station. Bed and pillow were super comfortable (medium firmness) as opposed to most japanese hotel hard beds. The superior twin room has modern shower/tub separate from the sink. Space wise can't complain for a hotel room in Japan.

Small rooms, ad said king bed, barely a full. No telephone check out. Friendly staff but nobody spoke English. Quiet and good location. **** is appropriate

Hotel was good, very spacious and close proximity to a lot of tourist spots. Convenient access to the subway. My only con was the air conditioning was defaulted to 20C as the lowest option and it was fairly hot for us.

My second time with the hotel. They’ve renovated the rooms for sure, which is nice and neat but the lack of USB plugs post 2020s is quite strange.
Overall if you are coming here for shopping then its location can’t be beaten. But if not, then there are better options with better access to airport transport. There is only two buses per day to the airport at the hotel.

Nice hotel in the center of Osaka. Everything can be reached by walking. Very good breakfast and exellent service - nice rooms.

Everything was great with the hotel and staff. Easy to get to the subway and for shopping.
The only downside is that during the evening/night when you are going to sleep, you can hear the streets quite a bit.
Other than that, everything was good and felt luxurious.

Our room had a stale smell which we raised to staff immediately after checking in. They asked us to come back at 3pm the next day which we couldn’t as we had a day trip planned. We never heard from them

Had an amazing stay here at Hotel Nikko. Location is central, near all the shops, restaurants and most importantly the subway. They have an elevator that will take you down to access Shinsaibashi subway station which was so convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights while in Osaka. Convenient walking location to Dontonburi and right on top of the Midosuji Metro line. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again in the future.

Excellent location, professional staff. Putting the toilet seat in the middle of the bathroom seems strange and not efficient, because the whole bothroom cannot be used by two people at the same time.

Super hotel, on Super location. Under the hotel is a metrostation from which you can reach al fun hotspots in Osaka. Within walking distance of America-mura and dotonbori. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is great. Cleanlines is of high standard. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.

Rooms were paper thin. You could hear people outside in the hallways easily when they would talk. 2 water bottles in the room and only one is complimentary. There were a lot of stains on the walls. Staff was great.

Great location. Shinsaibashi is directly underneath the hotel with escalator access. Plenty of food options at Daimaru, Parco and surrounding area. Good coffee is hard to find though. The best was Streamer Coffee Company one block away. They dont open until 9am and service is not fast but worth the wait.
