Girls weekend. I got the pull out couch. Love seat side with rounded back and no pillows/cusiond at you back. Impossible to sit comfortably. So many crumbs, food, and even a kids heychain were under the cusion. I slept on top of the cusion on top of a blanket. I didnt unfold it into a bed - I was afraid of what I would find. Room that sleeps 6. Tiny one cup cheapi cofee maker and 2 paper cups. Dogs barking and barking and barking on all floors. Desk gal was stern and not welcoming - checking in and out. Ceiling popcorn was peeling and hangng... I did leave a suit jacket in the closet and when I called, Dominic located it and offered to send it to me via Fed Ex. That was a nice surprise!

Stay was good, but i need a microwave in room so would not stay again.

Nice place, clean, and quite. Seemed high on the incidental capture to me, compared to most places I stay for the same rates. I absolutely hate the fact they charged for parking through the incidental hold funds, 1. without verbally stating they would do so, and 2. Just put it on the room price, quit hiding fees! I will definitely look for other options next time because of this! That is how I do business.

I had a late night check in and the evening manager was very pleasant and helpful. I also had a little trouble with the door to my room because it had shifted a little and wouldn't open easily so she was kind enough to not only change my room, but upgraded it as well for the inconvenience. The room was clean and the hotel overall, quiet. The morning staff was just as friendly as the night manager and the entire stay was pleasant. The hotel is also centrally located so getting around town was easy and many things were within walking distance so I nice evenings you didn't need a car to go get food or stuff like that. Although the hotel is a little older, we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. You cannot get ABC, CBS, nor NBC on the TVs. I made 3 calls to point this out, but sure it’s a corporate issue. I resent being charged $5 a night for parking when you can’t even get basic tv channels!!

Room was fine. Very comfy bed and bedding I slept like a baby. BUT the entire room stunk like sweat. Upon further investigation into the smell - it was coming from the shower curtain in the bathroom. It needed to be changed. Let the front desk know and no one did anything. We stayed 2 nights and dealt with the horrible smell.

I got bed bug bites there, I don't recommend this hotel at all. I called hotel to notify and staff said they would relay message to manager to call me back in regards to this. 1st time staying there and only time after this!

Got a room for one night. Tv service wasnt wirki g and they fidnt tell us when we checked in. We left, checked out in an hour. And they will not give us a refund and dont even have tge courtesy to return my multiple call, Mr, DOMINIC CARDEN! AS A MANAGER, THATS PRETTY SAD

The hotel was disgusting. The hallways were dirty and smelled like smoke. I opened the door to my room and it smelled like cigarettes. I didn’t even stay the night and knew I was not getting a refund . It was not worth me staying.

Everything was good, but the parking fee was lame. I can understand downtown, but in a large suburban lot that’s barely full is taking advantage of customers.

Check in was easy, and the property and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pool was closed. Wifi barely worked in our rooms, struggles if on corners of building. Ping pong table couldn’t be used as they don’t have paddles or balls. TV had very few channels, deceiving as lobby has booths with fantastic satellite tv and remotes, rooms have no channels. Often we bring computer to run Netflix on TV’s in hotel, room TVs are locked so can’t use HDMI inputs, so limited to poor TV selection. Room had Chinese food wrappers from previous guest. No microwave in room was inconvenient and fridge is very small. Balcony attached to room was covered in many cigarette butts. Charging $5 for parking in this location is a cash grab.

This hotel was quite average. The grounds around the hotel had a lot of trash and the building seemed well used. My room was fine, but the walls were thin and made me feel somewhat unsafe given I could hear most guests staying around me. I would not recommend this hotel

This hotel charges $5 a night for parking on top of the room fee. Lawn/landscaping was unkempt, lawn was not mowed. Hallway walls and carpeting were dirty. In the enclave where the coffee was in our room had food or beverage spatter on the walls. Mold on the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom. No handsoap was provided in the bathroom. No vending machines, only what they provide in their market place. Pool is very small. No hotel ingormation or surrounding area information provided in rooms. I personally will not return to this location.

Deciding to be a guest at this property was a HUGE mistake. From check in to deciding to end my stay three days early, nothing was handled with much care or concern. At check in with two people at the desk present, neither of them mentioned or reminded me that unless you request daily cleaning, your room will only be cleaned every 4th day. Since I had no idea of this policy my room was not cleaned after my first night stay. To make matters worse, in the evening of my first day the internet crashed completely across the entire property. I called the front desk and the night shift person told me to call a 800 number which he gave. I called Sonesta IT and they told me the problem be fixed AND they would call me back to inform me the problem is solved. Needless to say that call never came to fruition and as of 9am the next morning there was still no internet! I had enough and went to meet face to face with Dominic the GM. I told Dominic how his staff and entire property was a complete disappointment and total waste of time. For some reason he didn’t seem surprised which was both alarming and concerning at the same time! I will never stay at another Sonesta ever in life!

Tv in room 149 did not work and the room smelled of smoke…. Asked for assistance with the tv and that never occurred
