We stay here every thanksgiving. (14 years) The desk clerk that checked us in was so friendly and kind. We requested a first floor room due to mobility problems and we got it. Breakfast staff were very nice. My husband left a very special cap back in the room when we checked out. He realized it was missing and went back to hotel. They had cleaned out roo, placed the dap in a bag and labeled it. The clerk called the housecleaning employee, and he got it back. He was ecstatic. A+++++ service! Thank you sooo much.

Property was having issues with air conditioning, it left a puddle that we were offered towels to deal with. Walls/ doors were fairly thin, there was much screaming to be heard from children. TV had issues as well, screen display was iffy. Black out curtain was nice. Staff was very friendly.
All in all an OK stay, but not one I’m sure I’d repeat at the price point. Staff was the biggest highlight.

Hot tub was broken. Front desk didn’t tell me when I checked in so disappointed to find out after I was changed and walked down. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was lacking.

Carpet was wet around the ac unit and this had a mild mildew odour. More importantly when we checked in the room key didn’t work. And after waiting for 15mins for someone to fix the issue in front of the room, we had to request change of room which was easily granted though.

This hotel was overall great. The only issue was the internet did not work. We even paid for the faster option and it still would not work.

There’s a restaurant right out front and other fast food and restiarants 2-3 mins away as well! And a Cubs Grocery store basically next door as well! I loved it for the price as well

An average chain hotel. The room was very nice. Bathroom towels were terrible and scratchy, and shower had almost no water pressure. Breakfast was as expected, oatmeal was cold, as it always is. Good selection of food. We didn’t use the pool.

Tucked away in a corner. Easy to get to. Very good Japanese steakhouse hibachi grill shares parking lot. Cub food grocery store across the street. Mall less than 2 blocks away. Other shopping and restaurants very close by. Storm came thru late night/early morning, power was out for 8-9 hrs. The hot tub was drained and out of order. I wish the bathrooms had hooks. When you have 4 people and spend multiple nights you have no where to hang your towels to reuse them or to hang your clothes.

The property was nice and clean. I booked through Expedia and chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we checked in we were informed that the hot tub was shut down for repairs. I was disappointed that Expedia didn’t have this information on their site. If they had we would have booked another hotel

This has become our go-to hotel when we come up here. It’s quiet and clean. The location works well for us.

Awesome guest services. The room was large but it was also very cramped. Couldn’t fully open closet door due to the end of the bed being right there. When the sofa sleeper was out you would have to crawler over the bed to get to the door to go out of the room. Which is not a big deal if you don’t need the extra bed.
