This was a very enjoyable stay just before we ended out travels . The hotel was really inviting and the staff were great, the bed was one of the most comfortable I gave ever stayed. I would highly recommend.

One of the best hotels in Cairo ever!!!! Better service than almost any hotel in the entire Cairo! I choose this hotel every time I visit Cairo and very close to airport! Amazing food and very clean rooms. I would like to highlight the amazing VIP service that was provided by “ Madonna” from guest relations! Me and my wife had the best experience ever and I can not wait to go back! I have traveled more than half the world and stayed at all luxury hotels and Concord ranks among the highest ever!!!

Clean, cozy hotel but the AC sound in the room is loud and noisy.
I believe the hotel should go under major renovation. Otherwise, they will gradually loose their reputation.

This was our second stay in a short period of time. Again everything was great! We got a chance to eat in a different restaurant which was very tasty as well. All staff is very helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend!

Staff was so friendly and they helped arrange a shuttle for us to and from the airport. A lot of dining options at the hotel. About 25 minutes away from downtown Cairo which I liked because it wasn’t as busy and crowded as downtown is. Ubers were always available to take us anywhere we needed to go. The hotel was also very clean and beautiful

It's far from a lot of things someone would like to see or visit. Everyone wants tip. You can not receive guest in your room and they make it so hard for them.

The stay was really pleasant. The staff are really nice and friendly, like all Egyptians. The only downside would be that there was still dust in the room and some areas in the bathroom where not cleaned properly, i informed the staff about this and they cleaned it after.
Other than that, i totally recommend the hotel.

This is one of the most elegant and beautiful hotels i have stayed at and I was given nothing but royal treatment from the moment I arrived at the airport until I was delivered back for my return home. This place is so comfortable, clean and has so much to enjoy from amazing restaurants to an incredible breakfast buffet and outstanding staff and customer service. So conveniently located as well. I will stay here again for sure and i very highly recommend this hotel

Good value for money hotel. Stayed in an Executive Room which had access to the executive lounge. That was great value with free drinks, food and snacks through the day. The rooms were spacious but a little tired - could do with an update.

Excellent stay, from the truly 5star airport pick up, early arrival accommodation, to the late checkout. The staff provided 5 star service, and felt completely safe on the luxurious grounds.

The staff was excellent, the food was good and at reasonable prices, housekeepers kept the room in good condition

As usual the rooms were comfortable and clean.
Coffee and tea in the room but no milk and biscuits or snacks would have been nice.
Front desk very helpful and lobby area was good if not a bit dark to work. Could also do with more power points to allow working in the lobby.
The Hotel restaurant service was very poor. No cutlery on the tables, plate and bowls ran out butter ran out understaffed and it took too long to order coffee and hot drinks
