Amazing stay in Kihei. The property is beautiful and three of the best beaches on Maui within walking distance from the hotel.

It was a convenient location, but nothing that really stands out. Parking was always a challenge. There was always parking available on site, but not always near to the building I was staying at. Noisy building, I could hear doors opening & closing several rooms down the hallway.

The entry to the parking lot is across the street from the beach. The labeling of the floors is weird but the rooms are clean and comfy. Would stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like is they would allow us to check in early. We can from another condo and they wouldn't let us check in before 4pm. They should move up the check in time. The parking was hard at night and only parking is on third level. Just minor things to improve the stay.

I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small.

Very old building. No elevator and has 3 flights of stairs that equals about 30 steps. I have a 4 year old that has special needs and very challenging to climb the stairs. Very difficult to get groceries to our condo. There’s pretty much no parking because all the close spots and 1st levels are reserved for the owners. Makes no sense for renters. We had to always park on the 3rd level and walk down the rails to our condo. It gets very exhausting on a daily basis. I didn’t appreciate the fact that the cleaners and pest control enter our room without our consent and being there. Would not recommend condo.

Great location, clean but small pool area, pillows are tired. Get new pillows please. 1 elevator. Id go again none of these were deal breakers.

I rented 3 condos for a group of10. Two were remodeled ours was not but clean looked nice view amazing but dated. One of the condos did not have an elevator. Difficult with luggage and small children. Had a nice clean pool. The grounds were beautiful. Staff was excellent. The location was amazing. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Many restaurants and shops were very walkable, and I would definitely book these condos next time,

We arrived early, and they let us to a pre check in. They weren't ready with our room until 30 min after our check in time. However they had upgraded our room from standard to a suite, with a box of candy and a note to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was located close to the beach and many shops that we frequented during our stay. The property had some blemishes roped off with caution tape, but it didn't negatively impact our stay.

Had a good time and enjoyed the location but the conjoined hotel style room with zero insulation was bothersome. We could hear everything our neighbor was doing and saying and often found ourselves avoiding being ‘home’ until late evening. Front desk staff was short tempered and unhelpful when it came to luggage transporting to our building.. no mention of bellman carts, just told that we had to haul our stuff from main lobby up to our building.

Comfortable and clean

The room was clean and quiet. I loved being able to walk to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was ok but I prefer the ocean/ beach.

We really appreciate the deletion of one night’s charge when our Southwest Airlines flight was cancelled. Staff we encountered were friendly and professional. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and well-maintained. We appreciated the free indoor parking and quick access to the beach. The room itself was dated however the bed was comfortable. The heater/AC was noisy, vents blew directly on to one side of the bed. We had to move a bedside table to divert airflow in order to sleep. After a couple of days the scent in the air changed from a disinfectant smell to a wet dog smell every time the blower ran.

The room did not have a second sink for dishes. We were expected to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. We were told we were in a cheap room that did not provide a second sink. I was not told this while I was reserving the room. I did not perceive that what I paid was considered cheap. The furniture was old and scratched. There was one fork provided. As a hotel guest and paying over $250 for cleaning fees I don’t feel I should have to take out the trash. Amenities were a joke. The hand soap bar was the size of a dental floss container. The dish soap container was about the size of a 2 oz bottle. The shampoo and conditioner were in bottles on the wall so I had no idea of their ingredients. Also you had to buy if you needed more amenities. No class. It was noisy and you could hear your neighbors. Also as I checked out I realized I left my IPad in the room so I ran upstairs and asked the cleaning woman if she could let me in the room to get it. She said no. I had to go to the main office. I got the clerk to make me a key, drove back to the room got my IPad, went back to the office and returned the key. This could have been handled differently particularly since I was using a cane. I would never recommend this establishment. It is basically someone’s old condo being rented as a hotel room.

Bugs of various types in the kitchen including red roaches. Housekeeping came and sprayed twice. Both times the bugs were still there the next morning The staff at the front desk offered to change our room but at that point we were only going to be there one more night. Probably the bugs were already into our suitcases by then. Ugh! Overpriced and resort fees were high. There was a $150 room cleaning fee and they still want you to run the dishwasher, take out the trash and sweep. Of course there are the bugs too! Location okay.

It is nice that it is 3 minute walk to the beach. However, we had a rooster wake us up every morning at 430-5 am. When I asked if we could do a late check out and check out at noon rather than 11 I was told that wasn’t possible. I’ve never asked for a late check out and been told no.

Overall experience was good.

Great stay for Christmas, nice place close to the beach.

This property was in a great location and our room was very clean, well decorated and had a nice view of a vacant lot and not other buildings. Location is so ideal walking distance to beaches, grocery store and restaurants. We had a great stay. Downside was the 4 pm check in as if you get to Maui early there is no place to store luggage and we did see broken in cars on our trip and knew this was an issue (not at this site) and did not want to leave our vehicle in our rental car. I did read the warnings about the cleaning fee but it is still shocking to see how many fees they tacked on our bill when they don't even come and clean every day: $200 Housekeeping departure fee with $34.83 tax on that fee, $39.99 Damage Waiver Fee with $6.97 tax on that fee, $29.99 Reservation Fee with $5.22 tax on that fee. The total extra fees were $317 and more than the room charge per night. If there was some guarantee I would have just as nice of a room the next time I would probably return since the location was so great.

Our stay was very nice! Check in and check out was a breeze. The Maui banyan is located right across the street from Kam III beach! Good food options near by as well!

No ice machine on property. Can purchase bag of ice at nearby store. But overall, room and staff were great. Phones not working but staff checked in by text, very responsive. Felt the aloha!

Stayed at the hotel room portion of this property, not the condo’s that are rented out. It’s a little bit dated in the rooms but honestly it was a really great stay. Everything was clean, staff is super nice and helpful, wifi was fine, (wifi speed was 29mbps)… there was a microwave and mini fridge/freezer in there room and coffee machine with coffee and creamers /sweetness provided. Really conveniently located on the main road between Kihei and Waillea. Lots of great food options nearby and beach across the street.

Was an amazing place, second time there and it wasn’t a disappointment. Check in was a breeze and our room was clean and lots of towels. Right across from a beautiful beach and plenty of stores and restaurants. Very beautiful spot for all sorts of families

This place was good, however portions of the room seemed to be outdated and it needed more detail to cleanliness. Overall the stay was good, but could have been excellent, if it wasn’t for the issues previously mentioned.

Problem with noise from other people's children loud and unruly running down the halls and slamming doors. The whole stay. Sadly I was unable to relax.

The location is not bad, but the walls are paper thin. Anytime our neighbors had a conversation I could actively participate in their dialogue. Our neighbors had two small kids, so we tried to be out of the room as much as possible. The AC in our unit was very noisy, I am a heavy sleeper but it kept waking me up through the night. I asked to have our rooms changed twice in the first couple of days, but I was told there was no room available. It was also impossible to reach the housekeeping anytime of the day, anytime I needed something I needed to walk a few minutes to the office.
