Really lovely stay, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, perfect location to travel as train station and tram stops right outside hotel, not too noisy it was really calm and overall a perfect stay.

Was a nice stay though we didn't spend much time there. Best location for airport bus. Breakfast overpriced for what it is; our gluten free bread was poorly prepared, warm outside still frozen inside, certainly not worth Fr. 27.

The reception staff was unprofessional and sinply ignorant. I rang the reception and the restaurants a few times from the room, but there was no answer. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the hotel itself is clean and well managed. The staff are a shame!

Great location to the train; wonderful views; no cars allowed in the city (commercial vehicles only) and a great walking town. The hotel is one of the oldest and run by the same family so if you're looking for that type of experience (nice staff lives on the property), this is a wonderful place. Would stay here again.

Great location to the Main Train Station. Clean sheets. Old, but clean bath towels. Great water pressure and quick heating in a small shower stall. Good WiFi. Nice air conditioning. Friendly front desk. Complimentary ticket for local public transportation. Nice place to sit have a beverage and people watch.

Excellent and convenient location which was just what we needed after a late arrival, travelling on to Bern early the next morning. We were given a wonderful room with balcony, seating area and large bathroom and would have been happy to stay on for longer than just the overnight.

Very nice hotel at Basel Central Train Station. The front desk staff was excellent and helped me several times. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and included champagne and omelets and eggs to order.
Needed to ask 2-3 times for Housekeeping to replenish soap and body moisturizer.

Check in was speedy and we were pleased to be able to extend our check out. Communication before our arrival was also excellent informative and helpful.
The location could not have been better right by The tram intersection and the Basel SBB - lots of excellent cafes around here for coffee / cake/ croissants.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Euler. The location is a bit outside of town near the train station, but there were trams right outside the hotel which took us downtown to the Christmas markets. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel since it wasn't free, so we went to the Starbucks next door. The hotel looks like an old elegant hotel and although it shows it's age, they had some nice touches such as a piano player in the evening.

Perfect Location! Right next to the train station and perfect for hopping on the tram into the main town.
Room was a good size and the bathroom was very nice.
The heating in the room was a struggle but we made it work. We couldn’t seem to work out how to use it but wasn’t too much of an issue, we’d open the window for a bit and the room would cool down.

Good location across from the train station and all the local transportation. Plenty of dining options. Several amenities in the room did not work, such as the refrigerator and the hair dryer. The hotel was full so there were no replacements to be had. They did give us free breakfast as compensation.

Lovely hotel with old world charm. Spacious room with contemporary bathroom , clean & comfortable. Fantastic location for those arriving by train right next to rail/ tram network & despite this the room was quiet. Large lobby with piano, bar & outside terrace. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Location is ideal for the station and walkable to most places. The main central station tram interchange is also right outside.
The hotel has a lot of potential but was let down by poor room preparation and insufficient staff. The safe couldn't be used and the coffee machine in the room was missing its water tank, which they were unable to find. Both of these things could have been checked as part of readying rooms for check-in and the staff were too busy to resolve in times. For the price, it wasn't good.
Also only 1 hard to reach power socket near the bed.
