This is the PERFECT spot to vacation. We had so much privacy, it felt like we were the only people. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool options range from “swim on your own!” to “hang out with other people right in front of the ocean and go ahead and refrigerate your water!” We did our own laundry so easily and that removed some stress for me. Plenty of space to just live our lives and enjoy paradise. I had to get in a 10 mile run while on vacation and I felt very safe doing that in this area, with nearby paths that followed the shoreline for 3 miles, all the shopping and lighted sidewalks- it was amazing.

Property was well maintained with multiple pools. Main pool area was steps from the beach and featured a pavilion with multiple refrigerators, stove, ice maker, and oven. Our unit showed some wear and tear, but was more than adequate for our family. The king bed was comfortable. It’s a steep walk back to the units not close to the beach.

Propert was super clean. Close to literally everything. They have a kitchen at the pool (pavillion) you can heat up food, cook pizzas, use grills for lunch or dinner. It's perfect for families with kids. Beach is super clean and just beautiful. Would highly recommend

Stayed in a studio unit. Full kitchen, large bed and nice sofa and TV arrangement. Would definitely recommend.

Close to the beach and beautiful

I would definitely recommend this property to other and would happily stay there again on a future trip to Maui

Terrible check in policy. You have to go a mile offsite to check in for them to text you a code while standing at their desk with the door key info. If you don’t have a car you then have to Uber to the condo.

Pool facility with outdoor kitchen was updated and fabulous. Easy beach access to a swimmable and walkable beach. Grounds have lovely landscaping and condos are walking distance to most things in Wailea. Some of the units back up to the main road- ours did and it was quite noisy at night. Our unit was very worn, tired and outdated plus overly decorated with mismatched items. The interior needed a whole refresh/facelift. Fortunately there were not any musty smells. I was disappointed in the overall aesthetic for the price. The saving grace was location, pool facility, and beach access.

Location is excellent and checkin and out was well managed remotely. Unit is spacious and well laid out. It just needs a complete remodel. Cabinets, walls, and all finishes are really worn out. Kitchen needed more dishes. Had quite a few little bugs, but it’s the tropics and they can walk right in beneath the kitchen screen.

Our specific building was difficult to find in the dark. Great overall place to stay, would highly recommend.

Close to boardwalk and close to shopping mall

Beautiful grounds, heated pool overlooking the ocean, access to great beach, gorgeous sunsets right outside our condo! We loved this place! Only a 5 min drive into Kihei for several restaurant options.

Beautiful place to be , outstanding location

We really enjoyed almost everything about the property!!! Instructions i misread when i arrived and went to the property instead of down the street at the destination check in. We also had a few bugs inside the property, but not the end of the world. The beach was gorgeous, the staff were wonderful! We will definitely be booking a stay again soon!

Great property. Beautiful view. Nice to have a washer/dryer for mid-week washing. Facilities were beautiful. We will stay here again when visiting Maui.

Old facility, small room ac units, old furniture, no bedding for sofa bed.

This place is awesome

Absolutely loved our stay here! We are a family of 4 with 2 boys and it was essential to have a full kitchen and laundry. It was nice that beach chairs and coolers were already in the condo that we could use. My only recommendation is to have a few beach towels or pool towels for guests to use.

Clean, beautiful & close to the beach

The studio was on the ground floor,and was rather dark. We don’t like rooms on the ground floor.The bathroom was really small. We tried to upgrade or find a room with natural sunlight,but everything was already reserved ! We would not choose this accommodation again !

We both enjoyed the simplicity of everything during our vacation.

The shower wouldn’t drain. This happens often in rentals if not maintained.

Nice condo with beautiful grounds. Older, but kept up well. We had a nice unit close to the beach pavilion and pool - super handy. The only very slight negative was that the knives were so dull it was like cutting with a spoon. And the en suite toilet barely flushed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Place is well situated for vacationing in the Wailea area. Units are in an older condo - several of the units in adjacent buildings are in the midst of repair / remodeling. This unit in particular has had its kitchen somewhat updated, but the bath is old and a bit worn. Grout is dirty, and the door on the shower was off its tracks and unable to be moved. We reset the door as best we could and didn't worry about it. The fact that housekeeping wouldn't report this (since you should be opening the shower doors to properly clean the shower) or that the ownership wouldn't repair it immediately is why we can't say this place is somewhat less than excellent.

Very nice room, close to beach, nice grounds, quiet, pool was great, would definitely stay there again.
