Stayed one night. Two queen beds with one looking clean and the other with stained sheets. They appeared to be clean but stained so a bit uncomfortable to clean on. The beds were comfortable. There was a dead bug behind the bathroom door so at least you know they spray but would prefer to not see them. With that said, the people were very friendly, quick check-in, good price, and nice continental breakfast.

This hotel is showing age. It looks like things are falling apart. the door lock cards failed twice and we had to go to the office to get new cards made. I'm disabled and that is not fun. There used to be snacks in the room the first night but nothing this time

It was just a quick trip up the coast to visit a friend. I was so happy when I found this hotel. It was perfect. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was a nice bonus as well. I have already told another friend about it and I will definitely stay there again.

My family stayed for a one-night trip to the Pismo area. We choose to come back to this hotel because we can depend on it to be a nice stay. The rooms have plenty of space for a family of 4. My kids enjoy playing games in the game room. The breakfast in the morning is nice too.

We had a nice overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable and good breakfast in the morning. I liked that they served breakfast until 9:30am. I would stay there again.

I read a previous review of the construction workers taking up all the parking spaces with their huge vehicles, this was true they arrive around 5-6 pm park crooked right next to your car where you can hardly open your door, they are inconsiderate, noisy and they gather outside to tell stories. I had one above me on the second floor who stomped around non stop. It was quiet after 9pm and I slept well. Breakfast was better than most hotels.

Oh man, I feel so bad for writing this but the place was really, really gross. The room was so old, dirty and outdated. My kids wore their socks in the room, and literally after 3 mins, their white socks were black on the bottom. People were nice, food was fine, but the rooms. Mold in the bathroom, towel bar falling apart... so bad.
Pics from the bathroom, pretty bad, but the carpet was the worst of the worst.

Stayed overnight to rest halfway to our destination. The hotel was full of construction trucks in the parking lot and it got noisy too early in the morning. Not able to sleep with all the noisy engines of construction trucks and men talking loudly outside your window. The breakfast is geared towards the early birds because it ends at 9:30 am. Bummer! Oh, the room smelled like mold.

Inside the room was a little dated, but the overall look of the property was an old Spanish style feel, which made it really inviting to stay at. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we absolutely loved how quiet and relaxing the area was. We will definitely be coming back!

Old building. Not enough elevator for handicaps and seniors. Very small swimming pool for so many guests! Very tiny breakfast are. Observed some expired bread with molds. Generally the workers are not hospitable. Front desk staff are not interested to provide informations. Needs some improvement.

We were attending a reunion. One night stay. Comfortable and quiet room. Easy access and close to Restaurants and shopping. The only thing that was lacking was a sports channel to watch our favorite baseball team. Would recommend it to anyone planning on a vacation in that area

Loved the cleanliness of the grounds and rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was great! Very close to shops and restaurants. The decor was very cute. Only thing id change is the carpet on the stairs. We will be back!!

Adorable Texas hacienda themed Best Western. This is so unlike their typically vanilla motel motif. The lobby is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was great, too.
There is a heated pool and a warmer than average hot tub. There's also a dry sauna, though we didn't get to try that. The rooms are very spacious, and well appointed with mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and TV. It was a little musty when I first opened the door, but that went away shortly.
The room rate was very competitive. It's a 5 to 10 minute drive to the beach, but we were so happy, I don't think that mattered. I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the location, the hotel was a little antiquated and breakfast was very limited, but my kids really enjoyed the pool and location is great, there were a lot of worms in our room, but we narrowed that down to it being so close to the beach

It was nice. However, breakfast room is too small to fit 3 families at a time. I had to give up getting in a long line for waffles since it took 10 mins for 1 person to complete making their waffles.
