Very quiet area, excellent staff, clean and accomodated my dog nicely. There were a few others with dogs as well. Very walkable as you are steps from the Bow River and beautiful park also close by is a cool boardwalk with long benches to enjoy in summer.

What I did like was the Starbucks. We found the hotel dirty. Our room for starts was very dusty. Mold under the shower hand rails. I was going to unplug the shower drain for them, I do not like showering un clear drain. So I bathed and seen the mold. The shower has no pressure due to not all the water runs through. Half shower half bath out of the spout. I told the front desk about the dust in the room which was very noticeable. Very offered free breakfast buffet for 4, which was a very nice gesture but bill me anyways. we wouldn't have even gone for buffet. felt ripped off. I have stayed at most of the high end Hotels downtown, expect this one and I know now I will not be coming back. Plus walk along the Kegs front windows and see if you would eat there. A lot of dirt there, we were pretty disgusted.

Large hotel close to everything in downtown Calgary. The hotel is a bit dated on the outside, but the rooms are clean and very comfortable. There's a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby. Very easy to park and get around.

Great place to stay in Calgary. The Keg is connected to the hotel and you are walking distance to varoious restaurants and pubs. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly!

Awesome hotel. Check in went flawless, rooms very clean and mostly modern. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this Hotel.

We've stayed at the westin many times before. Although this time we were met with unfriendly staff, poor cleanliness of our room. I hsd my 3 small daughters with me, upon check in we weren't informed of what elevator to take (we took the main one as we did previous times before) before realizing the room number we were looking for wasnt coming up, we stepped out of the elevator to a staff in the hallway and i politely asked if she could direct me to help me find my room (had luggage & 3 small children trailing behind me tired) and she said with annoyance & frustration towards me to go DOWN to the lobby and take the OTHER elevator, me not really hearing her, as she walked away from me while talking further down the hallway, i stood there kind of dumbfounded and she let out a loud sigh and said TAKE THE OTHER ELEVATOR. We paid upwards of $400 for our one night stay, had dirty towels and hair in the shower, and met with pretty unfriendly staff. Pretty disappointed with our experience.

Convenient n walkable

Jenny, my room manager, was great. Always left it looking great and with fresh towels. The pool was not great. Was supposed to be heated but felt cold most nights.

This hotel was fine. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. The TV in my room was terrible

The hotel is old, dingy, and the rooms smell like an ash tray. This was my first bad experience at a Westin property and I will aways doubt the hotel chain now.

Hotel is located close to Stephen's Avenue and most of the major things in downtown Calgary. There is KEG right next to it, as well as Starbucks. Would recommend.

The people were excellent, the property needs updating/improvement.

Pretty average for a Westin Hotel Group. I was expecting more like a 4 -5 star hotel and room. However, the staff are friendly and very helpful

Comfortable beds, and a very clean, well-maintained hotel. Only issue, if there is one, is how non-description the roll-up door to the self-parking garage is. It’s not easy to find at night. Oh, and there’s no sundry store for snacks or forgotten supplies. Not a huge deal. Nice place, and I’d stay there again.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and central to walking in the city. Good amenities on site and very friendly staff. A shout out to Manager Marvin who made us feel exceptionally welcome. I would rebook this hotel for future stays.

Very great we had a suite only because that’s all they had but it was great for the price and their cot was like a bed a real a good bed and staff were good the one staff member Miguel showed us around and it was a lovely visit with a stranger only problem was when calling the front desk we had to wait a bit for things and we asked for coffee in the morning and they never came to give us it

I always enjoy my stay at the Westin. Nice area close to everything. Can park the car and not touch it.

Area is very safe and convenient to everything you need.

I love that they treat you like family even before you arrive. They are warm and welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to help you have an amazing stay. The beds are heavenly and impossible to have a bad sleep in.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was especially convenient having The Keg restaurant downstairs.
