Breakfast was my favourite like of the hotel. It was delicious ious and available for 4 hours.

Room a bit bigger with an extra sitting chair.

The staff were excellent and helpful. Easy checkin and checkout. Close to our family.

With extreme cold, and being busy, there was no plug to use for our vehicle. It was -35C with a high wind from the north. Just lucky to find a parking spot.

The staff was very friendly, loved the separate room for a sink & sitting area.

No heat. The TV should have been in the sitting room. Lots of spillage on the carpet in the sitting room. Was disappointed, the add said restaurant and lounge. [Not you can walk to one]

The suite was beautiful and very clean. Great amenities.

Breakfast was very minimal/basic in options.

The members of staff were accommodating, helpful and very friendly.

The room was comfortable and recently updated. Breakfast was very good with a selection of sausage, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, dry cereal, juice and coffee.

I have stayed in this property several times. The location is good and the staff are relatively friendly.

This time I stayed for 2 weeks. During this time they were doing renovations and I was not informed. I was ok with them renovating as this needs to happen from time to time but they didn’t inform me they would be removing the carpet in front of my room and I would not be able to access my room. I went out in the morning and came back around 9am and the contractor was grouting and said he would need 9 hours. I talked to the staff at reception and she said she tried to ring me at 7am to tell me but I wasn’t in my room. She spoke as it was my fault that I didn’t answer the phone. I told her they should have informed me well in advance that my room would not be accessible for the day and they should have offered to relocate to another floor. Either way they didn’t prepare me for any of the inconveniences of what was to take place for the 4 days. That was very disappointing from a paying customer point of view but overall the hotel is normally good and the staff are normally good.

The room is small but comfortable. It was obvious that the room and interior building had been renovated and modernized. Nicely done!

Due to its wood construction young children and teens running up and down the halls, on my floor and upstairs, was annoying at times.

Breakfast and the breakfast staff was absolutely fantastic

The hotel was very dirty. “ recently renovated” clearly means unfinished Reno’s. The swimming pool area was absolutely disgusting. You could see the build up on almost every surface including glass. The hot tub had multiple missing tiles and sharp surfaces. While attempting to check in was given a room that was full of other people’s things. The check in process was over all a long painful experience

the location was great-close to a lot of food choices-great that our dog could stay with us

my husband was not impressed with the breakfast- I left for work at 5am and could not enjoy it
