Cozy stay. Older community, but nice. Had a fun happy hour for the community on Monday. Easy walk to the beach, and they provided chairs and an umbrella. Good location in Kihei, right at the border of Wailea. Food was a drive away, but overall a nice place. The unit we stayed in was basic and functional with a kitchen. It was all nice

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Very clean. The grounds lovely, and a short distance to a strip of beach. The pool was closed for renovation, which was disappointing, as it looked beautiful and to be a respectable size. Monday night happy hour with all residents was a wonderful. treat. Drinks and food! We were the youngest in the crowd at 30's and 50's.The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has no oven and was not well equipped; we figured it out. Truly a nice place. This is located at the southernmost end of the populated area of Kihei. The apartment was part of a beautiful resort.

Beautiful property, great customer service, comfortable room very spacious, has a kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of towels, nice size pool and spa, close to beach and breakfast spots and coffee about 5 min drive 10min walk, nice area. I would recommend 5 star spot and great price.

We had a great time in Kihei , the condo was great - it was myself, my husband and my sister . We celebrated her 50th birthday and we did a sea burial/ memorial out in the ocean for my Mom and Dad. When we arrived to the condo the A/C unit in the 2nd bedroom was not working. We called the front desk, they sent the handyman out and within 30 minutes they replaced the A/c unit - Now that is some customer service. The condo was perfect and clean. Our view of the ocean was great, and we loved that we could walk right across the street to the boat dock to grab out private boat for the snorkeling and burial memorial we had planned for Wednesday. Dennis the Manager and the staff are more than amazing , they really do care that you have all the perfect accomodations at the Condo. Mahalo -

The rooms were very large with good sized furniture. The condos had big widows that opened up to good size lanais. The complex had a nice comfortable old fashioned feel. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

It’s a great place to stay for families. It’s quiet with many things to do. You’re not far from beaches. It could use a little updating of the furniture, but that doesn’t affect your stay.

Pros: Good location and easy to get around in the area. Very short drive to the Shops at Wailea and area beaches. Rooms were spacious and the lanais had nice view of the ocean. Stayed in a 2 bed 2 bathroom that had wall a/c units.
Cons: This hotel has seen better days. The cleanliness of the entire kitchen and cabinets were filthy. I had to go out and get Clorox wipes to feel like I could use it. for the price I paid I felt like I was robbed.TV in guest room did not work. The washer and dryer were very small and were very run down

Nice condo resort. Very comfortable in the condo. Lovely staff. Nice pool. Lots of chickens. Would advise people to know that half of the rooms are on the 2nd floor without elevator or bell staff. Great location.

Great location, right next to Wailea and steps away from the walking/running path along the beach shoreline . The complex has a great low key family feel, a bit of a throwback vibe; built 1981 but they’ve done a good job w keeping it modern including nice pool area, updated bathrooms/kitchen. The appliances are older but not a problem. Everything extremely clean and daily housekeeping to replace towels (who has daily towel service anymore these days?!) and empty trash. No towel service at the pool but not a huge deal. Great value considering high lodging prices everywhere and super location. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and I love how quiet the area is. I would have given it 5 stars if the AC didn't keep waking us up at night because it kept turning on and off.

It’s an old building, not an ocean front property. But it gives you what you need to survive on your own and not to be broke going on Maui vacation. If you are looking for fancy vacation this is not your option.

Extremely happy with our recent stay at Aston Maui Hill! We are a family of 3 - Mom, dad and 1.5yo baby. The accommodations provided were perfect for our family! From a full-size kitchen with all dishware, etc., needed included, to a handy washer and dryer, our stay was both easier and more affordable than had we not had both those options. The layout of our reservation was perfect, including a master suite and a small bedroom. This allowed us to put the baby to bed at a reasonable time, still being able to stay up/cook/watch TV/hang out ourselves as adults. The wall mounted air conditioners blew ice cold (a relief)! I would be remiss to not mention the shining feature of our condo, which would be the massive deck! I would say to call it an “ocean view“ is a bit of a stretch, but we were happy nonetheless. We had family staying at a different resort up the road, their accommodations were significantly smaller than ours and yet they paid *significantly* more. We were extremely happy with the quality and value of our stay at Aston Maui Hill and would genuinely recommend it to anyone!

My husband and I had a great stay at Maui Hill. The condo we had is very spacious and has a great view of the ocean. It is a little dated and so, there is a little bit of "old" smell (not a moldy smell) when we first came in but as soon as we open all the windows and let the sea breeze in, then it's fine. This condo is like a home away from home. It has everything you need in the kitchen and has washer and dryer. Having 2 full bathrooms is not bad either. It also has an air condition in the living room and the bedroom but we did not use it as we preferred the fresh air.

Our stay for 1 week was good bed and rooms clean and comfortable the only thing was that NOTHING close to the pictures they show in the app or internet it was a decent stay but for what we pat we were specting more at least something close to the pictures they show.
