Overall the stay was good. Had a little problem with the heat, but I called the service desk and they sent someone up right away, and fixed the problem 😁.. I also enjoy the Breakfast during my stay the pancakes were delicious 😋

The property was nice. The rooms were beautiful. The bathroom floors were filthy! The floor smelled like they used a rancid mop.
I wiped it down with a towel and the towel turned BLACK! other then that the place was fantastic but we were disappointed with the cleanliness.

The hotel was great. Would definitely recommend. Just make sure soap, conditioner and shampoo are full before you get in shower…ha ha. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Hotel was in a convenient location, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, the lobby shop, Starbucks, and restaurant/ bar were additional pluses. Downside was this property is aging and really needs some upkeep. Lots of cracked tiles in lobby and elevator, older carpet, and older furniture in rooms, dirty grout in bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but think management needs to do some capital improvements on this property.

After staying at a not so nice hotel a mile up the road, I was pleased with not only the service and treatment but with the cleanliness of this hotel. The lobby , the pool and the rooms were spotless. I’m disappointed I didn’t book here initially and wasted several days somewhere else. But we will not be making that mistake again , from now on we will only book here.

The lounge area and outside is very nice but the inside of the livingroom area in the rooms along with the bathroom of the suits are so outdated. Livingroom couches are from the 70s and the bathroom was so nasty I wouldn’t even sit on the seat and i put a towel in the shower because I refused to stand in there to shower it was gross.

definitely a perfect birthday spot! it’s very beautiful peaceful and quiet depends on the rooms half of the lamp is broken and the wall art pictures has small hole watch out for the charge fee and the coffee maker isn’t workin either wish sucks because I was excited to use it other than that I would definitely come back & the breakfast wasn’t that worth it because they still make you pay for pancakes and eggs so $10 charge fee free breakfast was not worth it when they still make you pay for other which don’t make any sense at all save your charge fee.
