Booked this place weeks in advance. Wasted our time and money. Nothing to like.
Charged twice for our pet. Was told to wait for manager to issue refund. Vagrants living in the parking lot. Door keys barely worked. Holes in the carpet. Too many problems to list here.

The breakfast that was advertised as free was non-existent. There was never any breakfast placed out.
The staff at check in was rude!! I notified extended stay that I would require a late check in. However when we arrived the woman that checked us in stated that they do not do late check ins and I would probly not be able to stay at the hotel... AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. The bed was soo hard I literally barely slept for 3 days.

Room was dirty, no remote, dirty toilet, phone was broken and couldn't call the front desk. Morning there were no coffee cups or anything at 7am

When I checked out and walked out the back door to my vehicle there was a pile of dog poop on the sidewalk just adjacent to the exit doors. Kinda gross and a turn off to the property. I will stay again for the comfort

This location is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops.
Filthy & Run-Down: ROACHES & ANTS, broken furniture and gross employee negligence. Garbage left under the bed from previous occupant, holes in the walls, run down dresser and non-working recliner. My fiancé and I were constantly lied to about the frequency of when the room would be cleaned. At check in, we were told weekly. After the first 2 weeks, we were then told biweekly. By the 3rd week, we had to personally request the room be cleaned. Cleanings only occur on Tuesday’s & Wednesday’s. The following Tuesday (week 4), our room was cleaned, however we were never notified of what time they were coming. We eventually found our door left wide open and had to check everything in our room for and missing items. The reasoning for this was “the cleaning staff person forgot”. Nothing was missing so we tried to be understanding. After this, the room was NEVER cleaned again. We asked every week, told “next Tuesday or Wednesday” and that a “special request” would have to be made on our behalf. We then started to realize were consistently being lied to about when it would be cleaned. There is no signs and no written publicly posted signage indicating Guests are “expected” to bring down dirty linens and take their own trash to a designated “trash room”. During our final week, my fiancé developed a bad rash all over his back. To add insult to injury, they also overcharged us for a pet we brought in during the last 3 weeks and charged us for 4 weeks indicating the charge goes back to the start of the previous 2 week booking by default and that cannot be changed (???). We never received or signed a “pet policy”, but were grossly charged the “1st 6 days” pet rate for each of the last two biweekly bookings despite we had been there for 5 weeks prior to bringing the cat in.

The kitchen was nice. I would rather cook a meal than go out for fast food. Room was realistically clean, but the bathroom was a bit messy
The grounds looked horrible. There was trash everywhere I looked in the parking lot. Very unpleasing and probably will not stay again. The hall ways were the same, I saw all kinds of things left on the carpet

On my last day before check I found a roach in my clothes and coming from a very very clean person I was disgusted and my skin was crawling. They need to roach bomb that whole hotel....
