Carpet looked dirty. Restroom could use a touch up.

Not good. No hot water. And I had several noise complaint. Other occupants yelling outside at 1 am. Both issues were not addressed.

I couldn't use the phone or watch tv there wifi wasn't working correctly the fire alarm went off 5/6 nobody called to see if everything was ok because phone didn't work or nobody came to see if everything was ok I've been to hotels were fire alarms go off in they get everyone out of rooms. This was our second stay here, very friendly and attentive staff. The spa was a welcomed treat after a long drive from Santa Barbara. Very well appointed with towels available at the pool site, and many lounge chairs that were clean and comfortable. I like the fact that you have to use your room card for entry in and out of the spa facility as well as the elevators. It makes you feel safe!

As a choice hotels member I will not be staying there any more. You might as well go to a cheaper motel, the rooms will be bigger, more amenities and there at least the prostitutes and their clientele are a well known element that is easily avoided instead of at this Radisson. Not only were prostitutes everywhere, they seemed to be there with the blessing of employees at the hotel. Its a shame because the place itself has been renovated and alot of things seem new but the feel of it was more cheap motel than hotel. Garbage everywhere pimps and hookers doing things openly with no regards to guests with families or kids, garbage everywhere and to top it all off they have a deal going with local tow companies and will go around towing cars that have not been issued a permit. I was very lucky with that since at the time the so called security guard got out of his girlfriends car to check cars for permits I had just stepped out of the cramped two queen room to grab something from my car and ran into him, he seen that I was obviously staying and asked why I had no permit. When I told him that I didnt even know I needed one he said that I would need to go get one ASAP as in another 15 minutes he will be checking again and all cars with no permits in the parking lot are getting towed. It seemed unrealistic that they would tow multiple cars at once but targeting one person every once in a while isnt that far fetched. STAY AWAY FROM HERE WASTE OF MONEY

The hotel was in a convenient location for food and close to 6 flags park. I wasnt impressed with how they cleaned the room. You could tell it was clean but done fast, there was dirt on the shower floor and some food on the floor by the mirror in the bedroom. Besides that it was nice for the price. The pool area was nice and open late. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent too. Would stay there again with my family.
