NOT RECOMMENDED! update: 2nd day, TERRIBLE Service - NEGATIVE 10 stars. Incompentent employees, deferring to speak with Manager the next day, then the next day happen and no manager asked to come back the next day to speak to manager to reduce the rate for a bait and switch room , you can do that since hotel messed up!(why not call the manager to resolve issues) we paid for a higher end room and you gave us the smallest and dirtiest room.We decided to leave... overpaid for the first night in a type a room we didn't even stay in. HOTELS.com was amazing to work with they even gave us a small credit for our inconvenience even though they did nothing wrong!
Not off to a great start! Arrived at 1030pm. I booked a king suite (which has two bedrooms) this room almost 1.5 months in advance. Also added specific note NOT a sofa bed due to back problems. I called 3 days before we arrived to ensure our room was guaranteed and we had the king suite. Agent said yes!!!! we got here only to find out our room was oversold! Then proceeded to tell us we do have 2 double beds -NOPE got into the room and it was one double and a sofa bed the very bed we asked NOT to have! The door is also next to an entrance exterior door that has a broken lock into the building- not very secure. Moldy broken bathroom tiles, see pictures. Cant even use the WiFi because we aren’t technically checked into this temp room so name and room doesn’t even match! We chose this place because we like Hilton. not recommended.

For the price and name the hotel carried, it was well below my expectations. This property was more of an apartment building converted to a hotel. The front desk gave little to no instructions and handed me a paper with multiple grammatical and incorrect thought statements. This is by far the worst place to stay in the area. 10/10 do not recommend.

Hilton would do good to remove their name from this entity. At one time, long ago in the past, this may have been a decent establishment. But I really and truly don’t see how Hilton is still claiming this. It’s decrepit, tons of disrepair and patch jobs, the lobby was the only nice area. Don’t be fooled. First, we are locals. We rented the hotel to let our ac be repaired and picked it for 3 reasons. Mainly the pool. Looked big and taken care of in the pictures and nowhere on the onsite did it say anything other than open and closing times. Well it was closed the entire time. No signs, no reasoning, no notice of when it would reopen. They didn’t even apologized, just said they didn’t know where the maintenance man was and said it was closed “they guess”. So 1st reason was eliminated. 2nd, units are big and my kids would have space to lounge around without getting in each others way, there were 3 of us. The room smelled of mildew immediately and had a weird sticky humid feeling. The carpet was damp as if just been cleaned but only around the kitchen area, because the ice maker in the freezer sprayed water all over the floor and had for a while by the smell of it. Walls had dirty marks all over and even better, the sheets had hide stains on them under the pillow area. 3rd reason, and the only reason that remained, proximity to our jobs. 5 minute drive was nice. Rude clerks in the lobby, one maid that I seen, and a serious scam considering you just don’t expect this type of trsh

The shower door handle was broke. The phone in the room did not work. Had to call the front desk from my cell phone to try to order clean bath towels and washcloths the phone rang for 10 mins no one answered. Walked down to the front desk to ask when was housekeeping coming to clean my room and to replace the towels and washcloths just to be greeted by a rude African American woman. She asked me did I reserved housekeeping I wasn’t aware that I needed to request for clean washcloth (it wasn’t like I took multiple showers in a day this the following day). I told her my room phone was not working (it hasn’t worked my entire stay) to request service she then said you should have use your personal device. Just imagine the first word that came to mind!!!!

It appears the hotel was originally an apartment complex with many buildings. It was challenging trying to find my hotel room and the hotel receptionist did not provide a clear direction. The room was spacious but the bathroom was old and dirty. The room also gave out an odor that was "musty." Lastly, the room did not have WIFI internet access, and the phone in the room did not work. The hotel receptionist could not offer any help on the situation. I stayed one night and checked out the following day and went to a different hotel.

The room was no cleaned. Mold on the wall. When I asked to change my room, I was told that all the rooms were the same. We had one towel in the room when we checked in. The dishwasher was broken. The carpet felt wet. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This has been by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed at, dated, run down, dirty, unsanitary, and unsafe! People live in some of these rooms. Do drugs in the parking lot, mold and bug infestation in rooms. Poor customer service! Given rags for pool towels! Anyone can swim there, people just pull up and go swimming without being guest. It was a nightmare staying here. I do not recommend it to anyone!

Customer service was HORRIBLE!! The two workers there looked extremely unhappy and spoke very rudely and short to all. The room assigned to my family and I smelled like mildew and to make matters worse, the door hinge was completely broken. I called the front desk and was told…(I don’t have time right now, I’ll go check it when I can)To which I replied…Excuse Me!! It’s midnight and it’s a safety concern. I’m checking out please processed to issue me a refund. My family and I will never choose this location ever again.

Booked the room for 5 guest and only received 4 towels in the room, when asking for more was told that they were “low on towels” gave us two pool hand towels that smelled of food. Ran out of toilet paper in both rooms and requested more and had to call twice. One room the phones didn’t work at all.

Not so good, room had a strange smell. Was on first floor and the room above me played loud music and appeared to be dancing well into 3-4am. Didn’t get much sleep. I informed desk around 7 and the response was that they are checking out today.

The check in process was ok, there were four of us for the stay, we were kind of surprised when there were no hand towls, we only had 2 small towels and 2 big towels and less than a half of roll of tissue which was ok until they would not bring more after we called..the room smelled cleaned but the shower door in the bathroom was broke and there was visible mold in the bathroom all throughout the ceiling.. I think the main issue was I sent my kids down for breakfast. It took long which was ok the lady that was in the kitchen was Great!! It was the manager who actually complained in front of my kids that the server was feeding everyone too much in his words it’s an extended stay and begin to tell her how she was letting people walk out with too much food ( by that time I came to help) the problem is my girls was getting food for everyone so it seemed like a lot but they were getting food and drinks for four people! The nerve of him to complain about the kids taking plates out … if they want customers to eat in the lobby and only feed themselves it should be posted , I felt it was petty of him to complain about a simple breakfast when the he should focus on accommodation and the cleanliness of the room…

I've stayed at many Homewood locations and this one is by far the worst! The lobby is great and there are many on-site amenities to include a pool, basketball court and laundry facility. Aside from the location, that's where the positives of this property stop. Several things in the room were in disrepair including a leaking refrigerator that was weirdly situated in the room, a garbage disposal that didn't work behind a cabinet door that was falling off the hinges, poor drywall work above the kitchen area, a closet door that was nearly impossible to close, a housekeeping staff that never once freshened the room, towels or toiletries for the duration of my Sunday to Friday stay and a front desk attendant that requested I bring my used towels to the front desk to get more instead of sending someone with housekeeping to remedy the situation. Again, this property is an amazing location and is even right next door to one of the best BBQ spots I've ever eaten at, but my stay was incredibly disappointing in relation to many previous stays at other Homewood locations.

Sofa bed was super stinky, bathroom floor sticky, big ants and small bugs coming out from the wall in the bathroom and from the shower faucet. Not enough towels provided. Breakfast not good at all

Our suite was easy to access with lots of room, but the bathroom isn’t ventilated, so there was rust on a lot of things. The tub seal was missing, and some other things that could be kept up. Neighborhood was OK but at night there are a lot of shady questionable characters and the fence surrounding the property. Had a lot of holes in it and damage. Service was great, front desk staff was very friendly. But overall for the Hilton brand, it was a little lacking.

First let’s say the young man working the desk around 5pm was amazing at helping my group of 3 get checked in. The reason I didn’t enjoy my stay was simply this, the day we went to check out my group went to the breakfast. We all made a waffle and put it on a plate since they are so big it took up the whole plate. Then we got eggs sausage on another plate. When we left I heard the staff saying we stole half of the breakfast when in reality we didn’t. There were also 4/5 other guests filling up multiple plates. One dude had 5 !! But they were specifically targeting us. When I confronted them and told them we didn’t take half of breakfast they demanded to know which room I was in . I happily told them and will also be writing mgt

It was noisy! Lots of doors slamming and thumps & bumps in the room above me! Telephone in the room doesn't work so couldn't call front desk for more toilet paper had to ask a housekeeper for some that was cleaning a room next to mine. There's no one at the front desk late nights! The doors for entrance off stairwell doesn't close completely so anyone could come in without a key!

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It was very outdated and dingy. The restroom had mold on the ceiling and it smelled like smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. The property was also old and not well kept. The sofa sleeper was disgusting with the cushions worn out and dirty. The cabinets in the kitchenette were crooked and outdated. The sofa sleeper mattress was terrible and we could feel all the springs. We ended up booking a different hotel for our stay.

Location and customer service is really good. But the room smelled and was definitely not clean. There were used soap in the shower with used wash clothes. The fold-out couch still had bedding on it, clearly used. The bedroom phone didn't even have a cord connected to it. Would not return. Was not worth the price.

Front desk needs to work on customer service and ensure they are being inclusive to all guests. They should ensure that they are not unnecessarily rude especially when unprovoked. There unprofessionalism speaks volumes. Room was poorly stocked with towels (only had 1 small size towel available) and front desk was rude when asked for additional towels suggesting theft. My room AC/Heating system was also broken and therefore left me in a rough situation at night. I notified staff and they were not willing to help. Room was also asked to be cleaned due to being a long stay (4 days ) and the request was ignored. Staff needs to be retrained and rooms should be properly kept up.
