There was a family emergency. After checking in and calling relatives. I realized I made a reservation at the wrong hotel. I immediately checked out. I made the reservation to the correct Marriott. I called Expedia to try to get a refund, they told me to contact Scott (the manager) I was finally able to speak to Scott at the hotel, who explained the hotel can not refund, I needed to reach out to Expedia. I called Expedia and they contacted Scott. They came back to the phone and told me Scott said they will NOT be refunding the money. I am a little confused, I called Marriott since I am a Bonvoy member to see if I can use points at a later date and was told there isn’t anything they can do. I will not be recommending or staying at a Marriott any longer as there is no empathy here.

The overall stay was above average. Liz at the front desk was great. A lot of my family stayed at the Courtyard Marriott. We attended a funeral. We all gathered at the Bistro one night and there was only one person working. She did her best but there was big delays on getting food and drinks. I would stay again through.

It was just a really really nice hotel just nestled off the side of the highway. Had all the accommodations and amenities right there if needed. Short trips to convenient locations nearby.

We had an excellent stay. Hotel is a bit outdated and could use more bathroom sink space but overall is highly recommend

Tv didn’t work could’ve been cleaner for the amount of money they charged per night. Won’t be coming back.

It was good!

Loved the hotel, my only complaint was no coffee service. At both the AM/PM there was no access to coffee. We tried at 4'ish nothing was ready until after 5pm and in the morning - we left at 9am with no access to coffee again the area was closed. The rest of our stay was great, friendly staff, clean rooms and ample parking.

We stayed for a concert and it was wonderful. Liz at the front desk was amazing 👏

Felt safe and it was quiet. Room was clean but maintenance of room was poor. Table leg was about to come off, furniture was damaged and worn out, water damage / discoloration on the ceiling. Not to mention I woke up to a big ant crawling on my pillow.

Very average, no breakfast included.

My only negative comment is there is only 1 elevator and it's on the other side of the hotel. Very inconvenient.

The fact that they had a transportation company there for ride to and from the event was awesome

It was well maintained and convenient.

We have been stayed at this place couple times already during this year. This time when we checked out, the hotel was asking us to pay $5 of parking just because we booked the hotel through 3rd party not though their website. The staff said they they had the policy for about 1 year already that if you didn’t book the hotel through their website you need to pay for parking. That is unheard of !!!! When I told them we have been stayed couple times already and no one EVER charged us for parking, they blamed on me for not reading their website. So why didn’t they tell us about this policy before we checked in? To me this feel like a rip off. Never again

My husband and I were surprised that the hotel of this class doesn't have a usual breakfast like other hotels have. Breakfast with eggs, juice, bacon and etc. Coffee from Starbucks is not so good. And this hotel has a bar which doesn't work on holidays.

We reserved a king bed with double pull out. The pull out was barely a twin. First they said it was booked. Then after complaining they managed to find us 2 queens.

I love the balcony and it was nice and clean and quiet

This place is very dated and yet charged top dollar. The bathroom appears original from the 1980’s. For over $300.00 a night, I feel cheated and disappointed. I’m a Bonvoy member but will not be staying at this hotel again.

I didn't like our room location. Being elderly, the room location to the front desk and parking wasn't very convenient.

The location feels unsafe, the place is somber feels like a falling motel, the rooms are barred, look cheap, without even a bottle of water, a refrigerator or microwave and on top of all, biting fleas.

Property is due for an update. Very old properly

Hotel is average , nothing Great . Be aware , they charge you 5.00 per night for self parking and that is not disclosed up front . Remember this hotel is not downtown in a big city with parking issues . Its in Norwood with a HUGE LOT. I tried to talk to the manager , she refused to take off the charge . THIS IS PRICE GOUGING !
