I'm glad everyone was comfortable, including the pets.

First, front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a suite. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. While it says 'continental breakfast' there were plenty of proteins, warm food, fruit juices, yogurt, cereal, and bread options. Great value.
Our room was on the far side of the hotel by a massive ground level HVAC unit. We could hear it running through the walls but it didn't stop us from sleeping after a long day of travel.

Good location off the freeway and close to a variety of food options. We chose this hotel because it had a destination charger. The front desk was friendly and quick, but he made a major error of announcing our room number when giving us our keys. If I were alone as a woman, I would have asked for a reassignment. Please be aware that you need to keep your guests safe.

The hotel was so quiet! Never even heard any of the other guests.

The dimly lit area just off the parking lot that serves as the side entrance to the first floor for guests. The light bulb in the fixture above the door was burned out or damaged leaving the door unlit. A nearby landscaping light fixture was also out. This seems like a safety hazard. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We had a special needs (ADA) unit. For us, the toilet was still too low, but we brought a riser. If you're tall and have mobility issues, I suggest you do the same. The bed was firm and a good height. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet. The front desk and maintenance personnel were friendly and helpful. There were just two handicap parking spaces, but at least one of them was available both times we stopped here. Overall, no complaints.

Great hotel! We loved the full kitchen. Breakfast had so many options. We booked last minute through Expedia after another hotel had overbooked. It ended up being a great surprise!

The room was large, beds comfortable, and breakfast included great options. The room was tidy (housekeeping had done their job), but the carpets needed to be deep-cleaned. My crawling baby ended up with dirty hands and tops of her feet from crawling around on the floor. The dining area also lacked high chairs, which wasn’t ideal during breakfast.

It was pretty nice and comfortable room
but kind of expensive, the only thing I notice
me and my husband, in the swimming pool was something white on top of the water and a litle bugs call bakswimmers
inside the water, it was kind a scare to me.

A little pricey for a rural Best Western (I have stayed here a number of times in the past and it has gotten a lot more expensive over the last couple years). That said, I still stay there when passing through Winnemucca for the large, well-appointed, rooms, friendly staff and above average breakfast.

Nice property with friendly staff! Only complaint was the pool — it’s halfway across the parking lot and shared with a casino. Loud crowd at this tiny pool!

Property is in mid cycle of its life. Luggage carts are old, carpet worn, and no elevatorfor second floor. Rooms are large, beds comfortable. Breakfast decent.

Love the 2 king beds. The hotel is dated outside but comfortable. I had room 254, it is pet friendly but it reeked horribly of animal pee. The breakfast was good and the people serving and the front desk girls were pleasant. The front desk manager is a little less than friendly

Great breakfast! The yogurt machine with the fruit and granola options was really good! My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast (the food area was small, but had good offerings!). The individual coffee maker where you can choose your coffee was nice. Decaf coffee in the decanter was eh…nice stopping-over hotel with good rates.

Everything was fantastic! The check in, the comfort, the air and fan in the room, the bathroom configuration, the breakfast and hours served, the jacuzzi, the cleanliness and updated furnishings and room finishes, the television, the staff!!! The only thing that I would have changed is there was no toilet room fan. but overall it was a 5-star stay!

Water was informal due to toxins so there we “don’t drink the water” signs everywhere. The pool was broken into and vandalized. Unsafe place

Room ok. Bathroom tub would not dry. Tile dirty. Advertise gym, but must leave property to use. At checkout,at 10:15 asked for pass for gym to use on my way out of town. Turned down by staff, so no gym

I requested a room for a pet-downstairs. I called to confirm the hotel had the information before I left on the trip. When I arrived I was told the notes were there, however all pet rooms were take. Also the did not have parking for a vehicle with trailer-so I had to park on the other side of the hotel and did not have sight of the vehicle.
