Bathroom door can’t close inches corroded

Horrible

The room was dirty, the bathroom in the same way and on the beds we found cockroaches and unbearable smell

It was clean the people were nice and everything was just wonderful

Mold. Mold. Mold. Broke out in hives. Highly allergic.

Not a good place to stay. Check out earlier than the usual date, but they didn't give me my refund.

The hotel is under renovations but sadly the rooms are not well maintained, the room that I got had a broken door latch , they gave me the wrong remote control and offer to send somebody to the room to replace it but nobody did . The common areas were dirty , garbage can full of trash

Overall, this property is very good. They are in the process of improving old fixtures and the face of this fairly large and that explains some of the issues that I am sure are on there way in being updated and corrected. I have every intention of staying there again as the need arises.

Okay for a cheap night but don't expect much. Dated, musty odor in room and questionable clientele but hot shower and decent bed. Make sure your door is firmly locked!

Lady at the front was super nice I think her name was Krystal. Run down place needs a maintenence person that knows what they're doing it looks like.. looks like a drug house people in and out all night

Hotel room we’re dirty and we had two switch room 3 times because of the condition of the room

There was no railing on the second floor. The room was dirty and shampoo was used. We booked two nights but found somewhere else after the first, and asked if they could cancel and refund the second. They said yes and to call Expedia and they could do it that way. When I went through Expedia, they couldn't get the hotel to respond to them, so I was never refunded.

Place is unclean, rooms have windows that don't close, lights that don't turn on. They close the fornt desk at a certain time and only one person is there at a time, so you might have to wait before the even realize you are there. Overall, you get what you pay for I guess.

I loved it will come back

No toilet paper, towels or tv remote. Fire alarm went off twice after 11pm

Could not find a room the A/c didn’t work or no remote for the TV after moving to 3 different rooms. I settled for A/C no tv. Internet went in and out constantly. And police were there 5 times during my 2 night stay. Not a safe place at all.

There was a musky smell in the room

If you miss check in time your reservation will be cancelled !!! Beware

Smoke smell. smoking marihuana in front of the rooms. And the smell get in your room.

The worst motel ever stayed very nasty no towels no toilet paper cracks in walls seem they just don't care about their motel I will NEVER return.

I booked a room here online and when I got to the window to check in I stood outside knocking on the window yelling for assistance and calling the business number and nobody came for almost 20 minutes...the lady at the desk took just as long to scan my id and give me my key. Had a incredibly hard time finding my room and I seen 2 whole sections of 2nd story walkway boarded off with caution tape and plywood to prevent anyone from more then likely falling through their unsafe paths. No elevators, probably wouldn't have trusted them anyway and there was a squished cockroach still stuck to the wall.... And 1 electric outlet by the sink in the bathroom to charge your devices. 1 of the worst hotels I've ever been to lol. Good thing the lady forgot to charge me a deposit or I would have had to wait 8-10 business days for the 100$ to be deposited back into my account. stay away ppl. There are nicer hotels in this area.

Stayed here for a night and this place is terrible Absolutely filthy place with what looks like drug dealers hanging around outside I felt completely unsafe staying here On top of that they took my card for the security depositnwhich was fine but then they charged me 2 different charges for no reason at all They refunded one of the charges but not the other one and i ended up having to dispute it through my bank because the hotel said they refunded me but didnt then they blamed my bank. I would suggest to anyome who is looking to stay here to pay the extra money for a different place ..trust me its worth it

Disgusting rooms no blankets only sheets fridge did not work no trash can water smelled terrible. Timer service was rude and horrible no curtains only blinds and yes you can see in the room with the blinds closed. No remote for the tv very filthy hated my stay and manager refused to talk to me

The clerk who checked me in was very polite. Also was very professional and informative.

The AC didnt work, the people on my floor was smoking crack and prostituting themselves and was asking me and my 18 year old son if we where good in regards to buying drugs....the room had roaches and looked like it was on the tv show the first 48 unless your looking for crack or looking for illegal activity i dont think you should be at the hotel...it was so bad my son and his friend slept in the car but i slept in the room only cuz we didnt have money to get another room at a diffrent hotel... i dont recommend this hotel almonte springs to anyone...

The neighbors are weird and loud. The AC from other rooms above me leaked just over my room.
