The hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was a little disappointing--coffee was very weak but there is a machine that can dispense espressos and cappuccinos so others may like that. Our room had the optional adjoining door through which we could hear everything the people in that room were saying

This was a great hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms were a little worn down. Ww arrived at 4 pm and our room was not ready. Apparently a cleaning staff called off and they were short staffed. Waited about an hour for room, but cleaning lady was SUPER nice and helpful!

The room was great, clean and new. However, the bathroom needed a lot of work. Dirt in the corners, rust in the tub, ceiling painted two different colors, dirt in the vent that got on the towels.
The linens could have use some bleach to get rid of the stains that were on both the sheets and the towels.

Great place that’s a one stop fulfil all needs stop. Full breakfast and a kickstart social hour that is like a full dinner.

We stayed here 2 nights and really loved it. The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast area was large with many options. Walking distance to restaurants. The employees were all polite, professional and kind( especially the gentleman who takes care of rhe breakfast area) Would definitely stay here again. .

Need a few update room, barhroom are horrible so tiny and need a all over update. You can t not even close the door properly.

We've stayed here the last two years for Spartan race weekends. It's always clean, comfortable and relaxing. All the food is within minimum walking distance and mini golf, grocery/drug stores are within a 5 min drive. Overall, it's always the pick for that trip and would highly recommend based on location and quality of the stay.

The suite was clean and very comfortable. Check in was quick and the staff member friendly. There was a nice breakfast and the attendant was very kind and helpful.

Great spot! Clean room…looked newly renovated. Hint…staff should check their guest laundry facilities.Our room(301) was located across from the guest laundry room. When we got off the elevator there was an odour…only in that area. I recognized it as a damp smell from a washing machine perhaps ( mine at home had same odour). A quick wash with the Tide washer cleanser is recommended!! Breakfast…wonderful!! AND it was included!! We will return to this hotel! Please feel free to reach out if needed!!

Check-in was quick and easy, the front desk clerk was chipper and informative, and except for one crying baby being carried down the hallway (no one's fault of course), everything was quiet and relaxing. I'd definitely visit again the next time I need to stay in the area.

It was a very reasonable room for a family of 3 and 2 pugs, no frills but safe and clean. Breakfast had good variety and hot options. The building seemed older and worn. Customer service was great—there were multiple communications to ask how we were and how the room was. The room had the sort of industrial cleaning smell that wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great.

Extremely dirty rooms! I don’t normally write negative reviews but I feel everyone should be warned about this place. There were hairs all of the bathtub. Nail clippings, dead spiders and hair on the bathroom floor. Room smells awful. It is disgusting. We slept in our car instead. We politely told the front desk lady the room was not cleanly and we were going to check out, we did not request a refund because the room was non-refundable. The employee smirked rudely and said ‘ok just go then’.

I liked that our room was clean and nice furniture. The breakfast was good I enjoyed the choice of foods and the bacon and eggs were tasty. The only thing I would complain about is the bathroom, it was too small and hard to close the door when you are in it you have to practically back up to the toilet. The bathtub was a mess there was bonding tape or something all over the bottom of the tub you would not be able to take a bath , they should replace the tubs and put a sliding door on the bathroom .

The refrigerator in the room we were assigned was not working. We have medicine that needs to be refrigerated. We reported this to the person at the desk. She immediately changed our room and upgraded us to a bigger room. She went out of her way to assist us.

The property was easy access to the interstate and there was some good eating establishments close by. The only thing that would help make it nicer is that they should have access to the swimming pool from inside hotel and it should have been heated.

Entire hotel had a strong smell to it, almost like moldy carpet. The room itself smelled a bit as well and the tub was all banged up. The water came out yellow upon first turning the shower on, although it was fine after running it for 10 seconds or so. Carpet in room was dirty and sticky. Beds and furniture were in good condition. Breakfast was good enough, the high point was the staff, they were all excellent and extremely friendly.

Our room was updated. The bedding was very comfortable . We were missing a keurig coffee maker, as there were coffees there , ready to be made. The toiletry samples are small and very difficult to use. the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast could have been better. Not any healthy choices. I will book here in the future.

The shower and bathroom sink had no hot water. We were not able to take showers before leaving to drive on a trip. The First Lady at the front desk didn’t seem too concerned but said she would let maintenance know for the next guess. Lotta good that did for us! Second girl said she couldn’t do anything but would let management know when she gets in to work and call me. No call yet……
