Room was nice, had microwave, bed comfortable, shower nice - actually had good pressure an looked newly renovated. Just difficult to get in the end outside door where our room was.

It was a nice place to stay, cheap, convenient to the softball field.

1. the guy at the front desk allowed my boyfriend to go into someone else’s room to use the restroom 2. the room we were placed in had the shower sprayer hanging off the wall, nowhere to put it.

It was convenient. Planned camping trip was rained out and needed an inexpensive place to spend the night. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good.

Carpet in the room was ripped in a lot places. Supposed to be in a non-smoking room but the blankets on the beds were full of cigarette burns. No channel guide for the TV available.

Comfy, clean room, and convenient location.

A bit noisy, but it’s by the highway so that’s expected, and no big deal at all. The fan in the room made the noise unnoticeable.

Never came in to give fresh towels, leak in the bathroom floor was wet. Room was not clean.

Breakfast was fine, receptionist was friendly and helpful, and met my expectations.

Front desk personnel was fine in the evening and the next morning. Close to freeway.

I got bit by bedbugs in room 120 on my arms and near my knees. The toilet seat had literal discharge on it so I cleaned it myself with lysol wipes I had with me. If you check out my reviews, you will realize I am no Karen and rarely complain. Corporate will be called.

Our room had a no smoking sign outside of the door but clearly people smoked in it. It smelled like smoke, there was a burn hole in one of the duvet covers/comforter. My sister had stayed in the hotel months ago and raved about how nice it was. I dont know if they just didnt get to that room to remodel it yet or what? Also there were candy wrappers on the side of the bed and someone's clothes in the drawer between the beds. The beds weren't comfortable either

Hand rails broke as my husband was half way up the stairs.

Not easy to clean a properly that need repair. Smoking or non smoking room the carpet got cigarettes burn, sheet and bed cover. They need to install ceramic till instead of carpets. Replace fridge,coffee maker, sheet and make sure there TV remote are working

Do not stay here, it was absolutely filthy. There was visible dirt on all surfaces, someone’s leftovers in the microwave and chargers & old room keys left by a prior occupant. The bed was made up, but upon pulling back the sheets layers of tiny hair were on the them, I don’t think they were washed at all. If it hadn’t been freezing outside, I would have preferred to sleep in my car. The thin walls and baby next door kept me awake most of the night (which isn’t the hotels fault) but overall a miserable choice. I didn’t even want to touch the light switches because of the layer of grim on them…

The sheets seemed clean. .

The carpet was not well vacuumed, toilet was moldy in the bowl, carpet felt gross. Towels and washcloth were not clean. Desk clerk on March 11 wasn't friendly

It was close to highway

It was not clean, I was in a non-smoking room and the room had clearly been smoked in. There were burn marks on blankets, a hole in bathroom door. A cigarette on the window seal, the window was open. The smoke alarm looked to be disconnected.
