I booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com. When I got to the hotel at 11:45 pm. I was told that I did not have my reservations anymore. I was told that hotels.com or another third party canceled the reservation an hour after I booked 5 months ago. I received reminders about my trip and even was asked how my stay was after. My friend and I had to find lodging in the middle of the night way outside of town. When I called Hotels.com they said the reservation was canceled by the hotel. I am not sure who is at fault but it was a really horrible experience.

Rooms very clean, restaurant connected to hotel was great. Convenient to stores. Only item I was disappointed about would be breakfast not included in price & I have been traveling for 26 years with soccer & stayed in cheaper hotels & was served full breakfast.

Although currently under construction for some parts still nice hotel. Only downfall was the front desk staff that greeted us yesterday afternoon, they were extremely rude, short & not prepared for the guests.

The property was well decorated and very clean. The small gathering area and bar in the lobby was very nice as was the morning breakfast. Unfortunately, the room is extremely small and felt cramped. For our family of three it was a difficult stay because of the size of the room.

Room wasn’t particularly clean. There was a hole in one of the sheets. There was some scotch tape from previous rentals on the ceiling and walls. Layout and comfort was well above average. It was quiet and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

I enjoyed my stay. The shuttle service was right on time. Love that they have allergy free cookies! Breakfast was good.

I was given a coupon for the restaurant ($5 off a meal over $25)- but the restaurant told me I could only use it at the bar- and the bar did not serve food.
The front dest staff was courteous and I had no interaction with housekeeping.
On a three night stay- my room was maintained once.

We weren’t there very much. It’s a nice place and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s a very convenient location with a nice restaurant attached. My only complaint is even with the room temp turned down to 64, it was still too warm

We stayed one night for the eclipse. Check in was super easy with 2 dogs and kids. Warm cookies were a bonus! Breakfast was perfect before we got on the road. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Would have been nice to have actually had an Expedia Reservation. Unfortunately, the DounlyTree had no record of Expedia ever contacting the hotel. I talked with Chris and Amy there. Neither could find any confirmation for my reservation. Expedia took my information sent me an itinerary # that didn't help at all. So, Expedia could take my reservation but not actually place the reservation with the hotel. Of course there is no way to talk to anyone at Expedia as I tried the Friday of check in. Started the manual type in my question to robo Expedia and got disconnected.
Needless to say I will not be paying Expedia for a job never done. I'm sure you, Expedia will completely understanding.

The stay was fine. The room was disappointing for a Hilton property. We Had a large hole in the carpeting as we came in the door. The sheets were stained with black marks and the mattress needs replacing. I also can't understand why there is no clock in the room. I pay extra for Hilton properties and this one was sub-par.

We stay at the double tree several times a year this visit not not happy I asked at checkin about breakfast was told it was included with out stay goes day before checking out and my kids was told they couldn’t eat it wasn’t included never had this happen

Got an executive suite. No cups, very few towels. Wasn’t ready at 2 which is fine. They took my number and said they would text when ready about 30 min. They didn’t. Went back at 330 and it was ready awhile but shift change. So no text

We stayed in the Presidential Jr Suite, and the room was Excellent, atmosphere and staff. I will definitely be back.
