Booked after staying multiple times before. Was bringing elderly mother for her birthday trip from UK. A key focus was the use of the pool as mum enjoys swimming but not confident to swim in sea. At no point when researching, booking or until I arrived was I made aware the entire pool area was closed for refurbishment. Was directed to use the beach but this defeated the swimming plan, the beach chairs were not accessible at the same times as the pool would have been. I was also given the wrong times when I asked about this at reception and had to stand around on the beach on Sunday morning for an hour waiting for the team to arrive and setup. The first night stay was also disrupted due to no working air conditioning. Reported it to reception they promised to resolve the following morning. Got back to the room mid afternoon to find air conditioning parts all over the room. After an hour of waiting went down to reception to see what was happening. Was told they would get the engineer back. Very disappointing stay and not what I was sold.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed, this was never shown in the website, and I received a text the day of the check in, so I wasn’t able to cancel and move to another hotel . The front desk claims that it was noted in the website but was nothing there when I did the reservation.

Starting from the 40. Valet charge and the 30 resort fee we were already starting on the wrong foot. The pool and spa were closed. I booked the suite the sofas looked worn down. The bathroom shower had mold on the floor and to top it all off my towel had a long curly hair. I have straight hair. I'm grossed out.

Unfortunately we had a building only power failure for over 12 hours with no A/C in 90 f heat. Being charged for a resort fee when the poolside bar and cabana was not always open was not appropriate. If the restaurant was closed the poolside cabana was not able to sell food.

It is OK, but not great

A little disappointed with this double tree Hilton property! I expected more. Pool out of service and the beach is across the street you must cross a busy road for beach access. New tall buildings block the view! The valet parking cost $40 a night a total price gauge because there is no street parking. This hotel needs major refurbishing inside the rooms! The most Expedia should charge is $89 dollars a night for this property! The towels and sheets dingy and stained. The entire room was dingy! Here’s what I am pleased with: the front desk staff super professional Sheena and the young Cuban lady are superb & property is dog friendly.

Parking is expensive

Very cleanly kept hallways and elevators smelled wonderful not old moldy or smoke smell. Pool was great and very clean. Young lady was very pleasant and helpful great customer service. I would definitely come back.

The pool is being remodeled, the ice machines do not work

Horrible experience with “security” at the pool area. First day he treated our family as non hotel guests. 04 superior rooms and he treated us like we don’t belong there.

It was just a day get away for me and my mrs. Comfy bed. Nice size room. Toilet was a lil low for me im 6'5. Nothing really negative to speak on except the pool being closed for renovation

Julian at reception was the high point The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor . There was no toilet paper . When I got paper I found out that the toilet was backed up . Would I go back? Probably , yes .

Well my stay was ok, just didn't like that they lied to us about the price. They charged me $1900 and they told me the $900 was room security and that I'll get that back at the end. Now all of a sudden it's the whole price plus the $40 a night parking. Not a way to run a business, no need to lie and wait till you leave to charge you the wrong about.

It was a very nice hotel, the pool is big, the jets in jacuzzi were not on?, not sure why but besides this room was super spacious and so were bathrooms.

Only thing that I didn't like was the parking. You had to pay for valet to be in the hotel area. Other than that,everrything good, cookies are delicious

Decent hotel, wish the hot tub was working. Also was not aware that it was valet only for parking.

The rooms are dirty, the towels and bed linens in the room are stained and dirty, I had to ask to change rooms, and the second one was worse, the facilities smell like marijuana, and the service is horrible and the treatment too, in my opinion I give a zero to my experience in this place. And at this moment I am claiming unjustified charges that they are making me on my bill.

Parking lot on premises of hotel, but they charge for parking? Should be cheaper. Hallways need better ventilation and newer carpets.

The experience was ok location is not so good and having to use velet parking the whole time there was really difficult with space just outside the the main lobby is not so good.
