Over all was a great stay. Staff were amazing, hotel was clean. Only problem was the hallways were hot and muggy, like being at an indoor pool.

Cleanliness is a problem. Bathrooms were not good at all. Toilets were so slow. Sofa had a stain. Kids didn’t want to sit on the sofa at all.

The manager by the name of Tracey Chaparian and the reat of the staff where fantastic with their service accommodating everything I asked for especially the dietary constraints for dairy allergy, they went above and beyond to make sure it will be safe for my son to have breakfast there. Overall I was very happy with the experience and I will definitely will use this hotel again

Flies Flies Flies. The garbage cans were filthy inside and outside attracting flies. We had a two night stay planned we left after one and relocated.

It’s located in calm place which I liked. Compared to price amenities are very limited. They don’t have a swimming pool also and they brand it Marriott. They should seriously look to improve the facilities or decrease the charges per night.

Stayed for a concert at MetLife. The hotel is a convenient Uber ride to the stadium. The hotel room was clean and the staff were personable. We were even able to get an early check in which was fantastic. The non-positive thing I could say was there was a strong odor in the lobby and elevator. We saw fans that had been set out in the lobby so perhaps it was a water issue. The room rate was high due to the concert so the odor did prevent us from having the complimentary breakfast the next morning.

This is a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and close to the bus that takes you into the city. It is also close to the MetLife stadium and the American Dream Mall. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bed sheets were very dirty and was not changed during our stay. My daughter had bed bugs bite the second day. Room was smelling and carpet was filthy. 0/10.

It was an amazing experience, courteous service, great breakfast and also you are able to access public transportation right in front of the hotel to New York City.

Came in the rooms found a shoes that is not our behind the blind dirty on counter hair in sinks and hair in beds so absolutely not clean will never book there ahian already had 3 rooms booked and 3 rooms were terrible

The room was clean and comfortable the ac was stuck on and couldn’t be controlled and the toilet kept running but the place was nice. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice.
