Staff and Location. They honored our request of staying on a high floor and quiet room.

No microwave in the room. There is one on the first floor. We asked for a late check-out because of our flight. They were only able to grant us till 12.00 noon. We were willing to pay for extra hours, but they said that they did not have this option. We had to pay for a full night if we wanted. We did not.

Stayed right next to where I needed to be for a work event. convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable

When I booked the room it said there was a pool available. The pool has been shut down since 2019. It also said there was a continental breakfast available. This also was not true. There is a cafe where breakfast is available to purchase. It also states that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. This was an overstatement. Yes, they serve Starbucks coffee but there are only 4 choices to choose from. The only parking available was behind the building. There was no security, no backdoor, no way in but to walk around the entire building. As a single mother there with her child it was very concerning that there was no security or safety measures being taken. Especially when we had returned late from a broadway show to find men lurking in the parking garage.

We requested 3 rooms together, and while one of the room was a little further down the hall, they were certainly all in close proximity, and all members of our group were easily able to interact with one another while we were there. The bistro was closed during our visit, but they had a well stocked vending area, so it wasn't a big deal for our group.

The hotel has had to change the type of rooms available, and the rooms which previously had been suites, with pull out couches, now no longer have that function. The hotel has updated this information, booking.com has not. We arrived assuming that we would be able to utilize the pull out couches, only to be told that they no longer offered that style of room.

The room itself was nice enough, though I did have to request another room late at night, because of a noisy heating or ac unit on the roof of a lower level of the hotel.

A stretch to call the bistro, a bistro. Limited choices and out of several options. Granted, most hotels near cities have little hospitality, but most at least have some coffee available in the morning. I didn't see any nearby restaurants, so I made do with what was available in the hotel. Ridiculous that this location came up as a booking.com choice of places near Cherry Hill. The booking was non refundable, and I had to drive 75 miles after a long day to not waste my money.
