For the price we paid ,we were disappointed! First off the toilet qas SO low to the floor, then there was something making a noise and vibration that made me think I was sleeping on a vibrating bed. The breakfast room was also very tiny for the size of the hotel. I would probably not book this hotel again.

We had an average stay.Nothing too bad and nothing too good. I feel like the room was overpriced. Especially for being Located in small Golden bc.

This was a last minute back up hotel to replace our cancelled Jasper accommodation. The room was nice and breakfast was included. Nice pool.

We stay at hotels a fair bit on our travel, and the included breakfast was as good as we have experienced

For a tourist spot that hosts crazy amounts of people we were impressed by the MI. We were on the third floor, found our room spacious relative to the newer places out there. We also had a chair and footstool so you’re not tied to the bed to read or do whatever.
We’d like to see a better breakfast here, and almost every other place we stay at. What was there looked pretty fresh and covered the basics.
It’s just off the highway with some good food offerings close by.

Great service, clean and tidy, friendly staff, free breakfast, possibility to pack food for the day, free parking.
Golden is a good place to go on several day tours tours to the Canadian Rocky Mountain National Parks.
The price per night is a little high but that‘s the same for all hotels in that area.

Reasonably nice motel, but hard to find if you don't have GPS. Ricky's next door has great food, but slow service. My room had an A/C unit that made a fairly loud squeaking noise and the fridge made a strange noise for a while each time the compressor shut off, so I had to wear ear plugs. There was a loud party next door to me until after midnight. The TV remote control was utterly incomprehensible. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were all way too thick, so I used a towel folded over for a pillow. Overall poor value for the money.

For the price paid it was excellent value for money for a large, spacious and clean king bedroom. I choose this room based on the good reviews and we were not disappointed. The free hot breakfast was a bonus with eggs, sausage, bacon and beans plus a continental selection. We really enjoyed out short stay.

I recently stayed at the Best Western and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate five people with ease. The continental breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety of options including eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, baked goods, fresh fruit, coffee, and more. It was also nice to see that they offer pet-friendly options, making it convenient for travelers with pets. Overall, a solid stay with all the essentials covered.

The area is amazing, but the lady who serves food on bfast is not friendly at all . She makes her face frown all the time looks like shes not happy serving the customers

I had a fantastic time at Best Western Mountainview. I loved how the staff was so friendly and accommodating - ensuring that our whole stay went smoothly. I will definitely go back there when we revisit Golden and Banff!

Average motel. Check in was ok. Room we were assigned smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. Moved to another room. It was better, but still sour.

This is a great hotel when you’re on the road. Very clean, staff were awesome, and the beds were comfy. My one suggestion is to get a gym… but I will be back.
