It definitely does not look anything like the advertised photos on Hotels.com.
Extremely shabby and run down. It did not have that clean fresh feeling. Super cramped. It's the kind of place where you really don't want to touch anything.

It was alright. Convenient for Opryland and central Nashville. Accommodation in Nashville is expensive and this place is reasonably priced. Coffee and donuts in the morning were above average. The pool was clean. All of the staff that we encountered were really nice.

Loved loved and will definitely stay again the shuttle to Broadway was awesome the driver guy was very friendly. The front desk people were friendly . Beds are comfortable and rooms are roomy . Loved the breakfast and the breakfast lady is unbelievably sweet funny outgoing she made my day . We walked to Nashville palace. A lot of walkable restaurants. See you next year .

The room smelled very musty and the water smelled over cloronated. If smells don’t bother you, you’ll be just fine. Safe area. Friendly staff.

We were looking for accommodations that were close to the Grand Ole Opry and this was a great option! The price was great, the property was clean and well-maintained, quiet, and the complimentary breakfast was a good perk. Staff was friendly and helpful and the daily housekeeping was exceptional. All in all, a great value and a great stay that I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay near the Opry!

Hotel was exactly what we wanted for a one night stay. $10.00 round trip shuttle transportation to downtown, nice pool to relax by and a nice continental breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Will stay here again.

The rooms were clean and the staff were all professional, as well as friendly. We really enjoyed speaking with Renee the breakfast attendant. She was not only wonderful at het job but went above and beyond giving us information about Nashville. She really made our stay there very pleasurable!

This was a perfectly good hotel for a short family vacation. The staff was a high point - they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC system smelled a bit musty, but I think that is the case in just about every hotel more than 5 years old. Overall, it was a great hotel for a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again.

Staff wasn't very friendly and they couldn't give us connecting rooms. I checked in and checked out an hour later. I couldn't have my kids staying two rooms away from me.

Location is best part if you want a more peaceful stay in Nashville. Tiny pillows were weird. For some reason the cold water was shut off to the sink in our room so I turned the valve back on. Pool was fine.

This is a good hotel for guests who do not demand luxury services. Good value and convenient to the Opry, mall. Staff helpful. Clean. Good breakfast options though choices were limited. Had scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon. Clean and quiet.

Not much quiet. Our room was right next to elevators and each time during the night when the elevator was in use you could hear it through the walls. The rooms in the suite weren’t well lighted.

The room was great except for the thermostat, which was locked at 66° but felt much hotter than that. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it felt like a sauna. This may be a minor inconvenience for some, but I was uncomfortable the entire 3 days of my trip.

The highlight of the hotel was Renee, the lady who took care of breakfast. She was so friendly and helpful.

There are drink machines and no snack machines and no food machines on the first floor. Traveling for work, I get in late sometimes and there are no convenient stores or restaurants within walking distance. The exercise room is moldy and very outdated. I would have someone run a mold test ASAP. I got sick after running on the treadmill. It may be fairly obvious that this space is outdated and has the odor of mold and mildew.
