The sink was clogged. The comforters were not clean. Hold them up to the light and see black stuff inside them. The floor in the Living area needed to be vacuumed.

Breakfast was cold every day, hotel was older and you could tell, the whole place had an awe full smell (worse in the elevators).

When we arrived we had people across the hall with door propped open . Room full of people I asked front desk could I be moved they moved me no issue . Best service I could have asked for.

•Tub didn’t drain properly in room.
•Hotel shuttle service ended at 4 pm.
•Mattress of one double bed was uneven and hard. Pillows were not comfortable. This was the first time I’ve ever had this issue.
•No microwave in room or access to one.
•Not enough seating for breakfast.

Leaking and the carpet was wet the second room the couch bed was broken then we had to wait more than 20 minutes to get another room and I had to go down stairs made us feel not important…..

There should be a sink in the bathroom. The sink was in the bedroom in the room I stayed. House keeping should be automatic. The guest should not request it. Covid is gone.

Location was good, cleanliness is always a concern and it was most definitely clean! Loved that they had a streaming network already programmed into the tv. Hospitality was grade A+, Robert is absolutely wonderful! We loved him! Super sweet!
We were told the entire hotel was under construction with the TV situation, so we did have only 4 channels that would come through, and weren’t able to take advantage of the streaming with google chrome. But over all good stay!
