Although the staff was overwhelmed and under staffed, they were very friendly, helpful, and professional.
We had just rode 200 miles to get here and we were really disappointed that the pool was not open due to repairs that had not been done.

The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We had a door for the adjoining rooms, which helped keep the kids within sight.
I found the staff to be very friendly especially when we didn’t show up until 1:30 in the morning. They answered all my questions and gave really good directions since I was tired.
Check out went smoothly and the staff smiled and greeted me.

The place was infested with bed bugs. When we brought this to the hotels attention he said we needed to call expedia and we could either go ahead and check out then or at 11, but there was nothing he could do.

This room had a very nice bathroom and TV, but that's it. I couldn't use the AC/fan because of the odor it put out, which made me leary of what it was putting into the air. The pillows were old, the sheets didn't match, and the bedspread had cigarette burns everywhere. Won't stay here again.

The room was adequate for sleep after a day of travel. But the office chair was not suitable for comfortable viewing of the TV. And I hate using the bed as a lounge chair to watch TV. The room needed a living room style chair to comfortably watch TV, or for that matter, just to sit. Two would be even better in a room for two people.

The facilities seemed a bit run down but there were recent updates such as the bathroom fixtures and sink. Just the essentials no frills. The best part was the room was very clean. Close to the road so did have to deal with road noise during the night.
