It’s a cute place, but not my definition of boutique. Very basic and plain. The yard crew showed up early on a Saturday morning. That’s unacceptable. It should be done in the afternoon during guest change over. Breakfast was amazing!

Everyone was so kind ,from the front desk, the housekeepers, the servers at the Chinese Rest inside the hotel, the buffet guy , just everyone!..The only negative comment would be is that, I was disappointed that it was not as well kept ouside as the pics posted, the walkway leading to the lobby , all plants were dead and the water fountain was not working. The ice machine was not working for one day, but the next day they had someone repairing it...yeah!, but the restaurant was kind enough to give me ice...there was a hole in the bedroom under the tv as well, and some paint that needed a touch up.But again these things were very minor....I left 2 items in the room and they contacted me right away, again so kind, they could of easily tossed them..all in all it was a place where I probably visit again if I was in Sierra Vista!...in addition the breakfast buffet had many choices, from biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, assorted cereals ,fruit, waffles, bagels and much more!, it was to enjoy it on the patio!

I would not recommend to friends nor family. First the breakfast was cold in temperature. Then, I asked for salt and the lady didn't understand what I wanted. I had to go to the front desk to the receptionist to have him take our plates to the microwave to warm up. There was NO microware in the serving area. The coffee was also more on the cold side. Just ruined the breakfast buffet. I did complain, but the same thing happened for our last morning stay. I had to leave a note for the room to get more bare soap, because there wasn't one in the showing area. The hair conditioner was super low, hard to get it out(had to request this as well. Then to top everything off, our last light the receptionist called our room around 6 pm asking if we had requested a low walk-in shower. She told me that our room(#104) was the only room with such a shower and they had an individual that needed it checking in. She made it feel it was my problem and that she really didn't want to move us to another room. well, that ruined most of our evening thinking we might be get a call back to move. My wife started gathering our things, preparing to move. Unnecessary worry to our stay. Thank you for reading, although I don't think things will change.

Sierra Suites we Love Love Love!! Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and friendly staff! Great breakfast. The room was clean, & comfortable. Very clean overall in the room and bathroom. The courtyards are amazing! We will stay there over and over again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very courteous and I appreciated an early check in. The room was very comfortable. My only issue was the hot water was literally scalding hot. I told the manager so I suspect that will get rectified. Although I didn’t use it, the pool area looked lovely. The breakfast was good with lots of options for hot and cold food.

Just a quick overnight before the Bisbee 1000. A little mix up on the check-in, but the important part was it was remedied quickly Whitney is fantastic. Thank you for a great stay.
