We arrived at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott KCI late in the evening. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, and even though they were obviously training a new employee, there was very little delay during the check-in process. I was even given the option of which floor we wanted to be on, which almost never happens! The room was clean, and smelled wonderful, although there was a bit of dust in some areas. The following morning, the breakfast was hot and delicious with lots of choices. The hotel was close to the airport, but without the typical airport noise. Lots of parking. We enjoyed an overall pleasant and restful stay.

Pleasant, courteous and friendly staff readily available at desk to help at all hours. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean. Staff in breakfast area were efficient. Cleaning staff in lobby and in hallways were friendly. Suggestion would be to offer a medium regular coffee in addition to bold.

My husband and I only started one night passing thru but it was very comfortable. It was a pleasant stay

The front desk was very accommodating it was the room. I had to change rooms due to a toilet back up and the issue was before we occupied the room so that was unpleasant. The next room was fine but the tv would go off every five minutes or so.

This was a short one-night stay, but it was a good one. Check-in was lightning quick and check-out was super easy. The room was in great condition, and the continental breakfast was awesome! No complaints - great stay!

Nice hotel obviously catering to the airport clients. Definitely hear the planes beginning at 5am, but that's to be expected. Lots of hotel options nearby, but fewer restaurants than expected. Seems like a safe area

First off, the 2 of the 4 pillows had blood spots on them, the mattress was very very hard, and not comfortable at all. This was a renovated hotel, that should have taken more into consideration than just updating the bathroom, maybe spend a little bit more on good mattresses, comfortable ones. Also, look harder when cleaning the rooms... that was really unacceptable.

Just OK. Lots of hotels around the area and one of them great. Some really low rent hotels around that seem to have people living in them. This property is perfectly fine and convenient to highway and MCI. Good for a quick stay but you won’t be wowed
