The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a TERRIBLE STAY. They gave me a hamdicap room which i did not reserve. The shower didnt work in the first or second room they gave me. And they could not give me a regular because i booked it through hotels.com. And they cannot override the reservation. So her final answer was "take a bath". I expected better service from a Fairfield Marriott.

Was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of staff and their willingness to make suggestions. Our Netflix was not working and the engineer arrived at 9 pm to attend to the problem. Loved the shuttle as it was a great relief not to have arrange Uber after a long day of commuting.

It was rather clean and presentable, my A/C unit did not work I called down to the front desk. Short time after that the building lost all electricity. Came back from dinner and my A/C was still not working. Called back down and finally showed up and fixed it.

The hotel shuttle was there and convenient. The room was not terribly clean, run down, small and in need of renovation. There was no hair dryer in the room. When I was checking in the power went out. The reception representative was patient and calm trying to work through the problem however she walked me to my room and opened it for me. She said she would bring me a key but she never did. A little while later she knocked on the door to see if the room was occupied, even though she had walked me to the room. I got a note under the door telling me to go to the front desk before I checked out, which I did. By then the receptionist said they figured out their issue and apologized.

The Fairfield Inn at Denver airport is clean, has responsive staff and an average breakfast. We were unable to get wifi in our room

Bath tub had mold/mildew in a corner, we were able to clean it off so housekeeping should/could have! Bathroom floor was not clean, we wiped up some water off floor and tissue was brown.

Main reason to book this more coat hotel was for the convinience of shuttle. I know if 1st come 1st serve but there is just not enough spots for all the people that want to ride the shuttle. Whole chunks of tome were not an option. Instead of trying to help they just say pay extra and get your own uber or lyft. I already paid extra tonstay here for a few hours. Not happy

We kept having key issues and had to go to the front desk at least 4 times during our one night stay. Everytime we had to wait in line about 10 minutes to get it resolved.
The shuttle was a nice perk.

The hotel did not give us the king room we booked claiming they were over sold. hotels.com added a letter to the booking name so there was 30mins of disorganization even trying to find out booking. Their software had been down so I ly one computer was available. This is the third time we have tried to book on this website and the hotels never want to accommodate what was requested and conveniently in fine fine print they don't have time we will never book through this site again.

well, I stayed for eight days and four of those days had very little Internet connection and on the last three days there was some kind of power outage at the airport which affected cable and television and didn’t have any of that for three days especially about the news for the wildfires that were going on less than 30 miles away. The thing is the only thing that next-door is a ruby Tuesday and then you have to go to miles to get anything else across the street from the parking lot individuals living on the street in their campers, vans and buses doesn’t feel really safe

Horrible, paper- thin walls. Could hear neighbor’s loud music until 3:30am. Called front desk 3 times- they could do nothing. No sleep. Front desk told me manager would call me later in day to discuss remedy- has not happened in 7 days.

- Person working didnt seem happy and was not friendly. Gave me no information about hotel or bfast times in morning.
- Room smelled and had a humidifier plugged in which someone came and got after about 10 mins of us being in room.
- Room didnt have wifi information
- Couldn’t get tv to work and no instructions how to use remote
- Was charge $10 for parking but we used taxi

The property and staff are perfect for a one night stay close to the airport. We were in the last room on the 1st floor and did not have internet access. The front desk logged me on but it still didn't work from the room. I spent hours in the lobby which I expected to be able to work in my room.
