There wasn’t any food for breakfast. They were out of everything. I had my 90 year old father there and I couldn’t get him anything for breakfast.

You canceled my reservation and when I arrived you were sold out. I pre checked in and when I arrived there wasn’t a room.

The room was not very clean. The bedding was deplorable. Air conditioning was sub-optimal. There was water leak in the room. The bath tub had random drill holes in it. The soap / shampoo containers were empty.

Mold in bathroom. Rusted door frame in bathroom. Stain on couch that grossed us out. No breakfast. Room was crowded because of a goofy curved couch and humongous ottoman. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Needs updating and cleaning. The ceiling was leaking in the lobby- right in front of the television. The shower had mold. The toiletry bottles were empty.

rooms were dirty. Carpets turned my white socks black. You had to request for room cleaning. No shower gel in the shower. The TV didn't work. The refridgerator was set up to run 2 hours on 8 hours off. Nothing good to say other than the staff tried their best but don't have the tools to turn this place around.

This hotel is far below Marriott standards. No one at reception when we arrived, musty room with damp carpet, loud/old AC, soap dispenser ripped out of the shower wall, no hair dryer in room (and when I went to reception to get one, took someone over 15 minutes to find one), no daily service - which isn’t highly unusual these days - but they didn’t tell us nor post that info. So we returned to our wet towels still piled on the bathroom floor. Virtually no service, and not a clean property. Read the Google reviews - we wish we had.

Bed and bedding were SUPER comfortable! Shower is a good size and towels were fairly soft. The hotel was quiet and comfortable; it's smaller than some other hotels, which means you won't have to walk far no matter where your room is. I listed a preference for proximity to the elevator and they placed our room right next to it! Seems like they were similarly attentive to spacing out the occupied rooms so people did not have noisy neighbors. Unfortunately, the satellite TV could only get 2 or 3 channels, the shower leaked quite a lot around the door, and one of the bedside outlets was dead. There is no morning coffee in the lobby and coffee packs in the room are decaf only. These minor negatives would NOT prevent me from coming back, however. Overall, It was a good stay.

No bodyeash on the bottle. Shampoo and conditioner were mixed up. Not even1 small bar of soap. No fridge, looks like it was remove and never replaced.

The rooms were comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the floor of the bathroom seemed like it was waxed, so it was very slippery. Otherwise, the place was great. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and I felt safe. The breakfast bar was nice. All of the staff that I talked with were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Terrible one night stay. We were supposed to have a king but they gave us a Queen that was most uncomfortable . The TV was not working. The bathroom smelled of smoke. I thought the property was non smoking?
Will never stay at this property again.

It was noisy outside of the hotel, people in parking lot walking through. A lot of sirens and car sounds.

Please update the bathroom. Very small and tight with a tiny bathtub. Shower curtain was not helpful at all; water sprayed all over the floor which made it very slippery. Tiny vanity. Carpet was dirty; one drawer was broken and would not open. There was trash on the bottom shelf of the nightstand. Upside was the bed was not uncomfortable and the blackout curtains were good. Pillows were small and lumpy. Front desk staff was nice but someone allowed their child to sit at the front desk while people were coming in which seemed odd.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and overall a pleasant stay!

The room was very tight (single King). The elevator didn't have an electric eye and was slow. The coffee service was inconsistent and inadequate. Coffee was out on Friday morning, but the lids didn't fit and there were no sleeves for the cups. Carpet was kind of dirty in the room. On the plus side, the shower was great and the staff were nice.

They lost their liquor license a week ago which wasn’t advertised by the Marriott nor was that told to me when I checked in. Also that breakfast that they serve, yeah that never was open. Also the hotel smelled like pennies. Wouldn’t bring a black light to that place

I really appreciate the kindness of the employees and everything was very nice and I really loved my stay here will recommend this hotel to anyone that’s planning a trip that way. I will definitely stay here again

They do not offer breakfast and their retail food service didn't open until 7:00 AM. There was no coffee available in the morning and they were out of caffeinated packages to make in your room.

We stayed one night. When we woke up that morning my wife would mice poop on the night stand beside her medication. We were on the second floor of the hotel not the ground floor.

Switched rooms due to the stains on the carpet and chairs. Like someone spilled coffee all over the place. Front desk stated “it’s a hotel, there’s not much we can do.” The windows to look out were not cleaned at all. Sheets on the bed had oil stains, had to change those. The bistro closed early than the advertised sign so I had to venture out my comfort zone for food and when I did go down to get things from the bistro, I waited about 10 mins before getting help. The pool area was closed so didn’t understand why did I have pay a resort fee when a lot of things were not available. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant though.

I really like everything about your hotel. The only things I feel you could improve on is offering breakfast and lower the prices in the libby. Also, supply microwave on the rooms. Thanks
