Nice hotel in a great location

Not perhaps a 5 star hotel (anymore), maybe max 3 stars? A bit shabby. The bin in the lobby was full of flies, there were previous customers leftovers in the room etc. Breakfast buffet was great and breakfast stuff were also very polite.

The hotel was extremely accommodating with early check in and a slightly later check out. I can't thank them enough after a long day of travel. The room itself was very nice, view was great and the location was perfect.

Amazing cozy little hotel in the heart of the Vilnius Old town. Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay here. Everything was perfect from the service to the room and the Spa. The interior were really pleasant and there is no surprise that so many celebrities have stayed here before. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Great choice in Old Town Vilnius

Liked everything one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in

I cannot begin to describe how awful our check in experience was.   We are half way through our European trip and after very positive experiences, this was by far the worst check in experience of not only this trip but I have ever experienced in my life.    The guy who checked us in seemed to have a problem with us from the beginning.  After asking us for passport and a few minutes of pure silence, I briefly and politely let him know that we have VIP status to which he replied that it is not accepted or recognized at this hotel.   I showed him my confirmation and explained that we specifically chose this hotel because of our Platinum VIP status.    He said that they only accept Radisson Status.   He then started raising his voice and lecturing us.   I told him that I didn’t wish to argue with him and to kindly give us our room keys.  Then to our horror he looked at my husband and I and said ONE BED FOR YOU TWO?  This was load enough for everyone in the lobby to stare at us.    He obviously had a problem with a gay couple staying at the hotel.    I asked him his name and went up to the room.    He later called the room and said he would give us an upgrade our second night.  I declined and said I would take up our experience directly with Hotels.com.  I’m not sure if he realized his poor behavior, was worried about being reported or was talked to by a colleague or another guest.  I do not want nor accept an upgrade but I do not like to be scolded and humiliated in public. 

A beautiful and quiet hotel. The team welcome you perfectly and the room are spacious and confortable. The breakfast offer a very wide selections of food and drinks. If you are also looking for a restaurant, the Brasserie of the hotel is excellent !

This was a very good experience at this hotel. The location is great just in the heart of the old town which meant it was easy to walk everywhere and also get to the new sections across the river. The service was good and staff were very professional and proactive. Breakfast was also good. Room was small but well appointed. The interior of this very old building is beautifully done.

A quality hotel bang in the middle of the old city.

We were a guest in the hotel for three nights and throughly enjoyed our stay there. The facilities were top class. The restaurant and bar great.. The bedroom most comfortable. The breakfast menu superb. The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The friendly concierge was able to advise on the best bus tour and was most anxious to assist in every way. We are regular European travelers and the hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. We shall return.

Very nice business hotel down town Vilnius

Good location Staff very smartly dressed & efficient Buffet breakfast cold, too much cooked in advance must be huge waste, plates cold. Dining room far too small for size of hotel, ended up eating breakfast in bar at unlaid tables. Also saw dogs in restaurant a real no for 5* Spa disappointing, Have never seen gym equipment in same room as pool & jacuzzi before also should have adult only for some hours
