It's a little bit older of a building But the rooms are very clean and up-to-date and the price is very good. Also the location is very Central

The hotel itself and most features, including the breakfast, were fine. We had reservations and were given Room 213, which turned out to be directly above the open-air lobby and also abutted the main elevator. From our room, we could hear ALL noise coming up from the lobby area - including a loud chatty night clerk and a TV monitor on that nobody was watching - and all noises/conversations from the abutting elevator and its landing area. Room 213 should be a utility area, NOT a guest room (or should be the last room assigned), as it is far too loud. I barely slept and had to go downstairs at 1 AM to ask the night clerk to please stop her loud conversations.

Stayed at room 118, neighbor at room 116 was noisy since she talked loudly on her phone. Internet was not stable in the room. Everything is ok, nice hot breakfast. The person, who was working in the cafe, was on top of everything. Will consider to stay again.

Stay was fine for a couple nights. Breakfast was pretty good, but breakfast room was small. Get there early if you don't want to eat in your room. Hot tub was warm enough, but jets didn’t work. Room was clean. Property is older, but they have done a decent job keeping it up to par. Good restaurants close. Would stay again if in the area.

I love this hotel stay it was absolutely amazing it beyond my expectations the rooms are so huge and spacious at least the king size one and the staff are super friendly it's very clean and it's just comfortable and it almost feels like it could just be home.

The receptionist were very nice. The breakfast was fine. The room was very large. There was a lot of deferred maintenance needed in the room. The room was very large and I appreciated the microwave the refrigerator and the space. The bed we stayed on was comfortable the one next to it seem to have an old mattress.

Other than there being a few cobwebs in the room that were pretty easy to spot, it was a nice, clean and wonderfully spacious room. We were in a room with 2 kings and a sleeper sofa. It has a small balcony, with nice view of the mountains. Beds and pillows are nice and comfy, the layout of the room was great. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, and the scrambeled eggs were SO good. A nice breakfast for being complimentary. Will likely stay here the next time we come to Redding.

Everything was great about my experience. I very much enjoyed my stay, the only negative for me was the heat. The air conditioning unit in the room did a great job once the sun went down, but in the middle of the afternoon it was a bit uncomfortable in the room

We had a great stay. The room was both very comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was good too!

The first room, the toilet seat was not attached. Battery to remote was under the table, and had no back. Second room had mold around the top of the shower and the sink faucet moved around 2 inches. Fellow at the desk was the only person working on site, so they were not able to attach the toilet seat in the first room. Would be nice rooms if they were maintained.

I thought the room and complex was clean. Everything was in working order and reliable hot water. It is an older complex. The carpet and furnishings are old but the rooms are spacious. The bed was a bit on the soft side but comfortable enough to sleep with big cushy pillows. There is a pool and hot tub and hot breakfast in the morning. The gym is really small. Overall, I would say its good value for the money and staff was nice.

We had a ground floor room with a patio, and this morning around 6am had a druggy jump over the shrubbery and start to walk into our room through the patio door that was open about 6inches. I was laying there awake on the bed and yelled at her and she said she thought it was someone else’s room. She jumped back over the patio fence and shrubs and took off. Definitely don’t leave your door unlocked if you stay there.

Check in and out was quick and easy, and the fresh, hot breakfast was really good. They even had fresh brewed decaf coffee which was very appreciated because I usually need to go out to purchase for the drive after checking out at most motels. Also, the room was huge and the clean hardwood floor meant no need to air out the room from questionable carpet smells before moving in.

The rooms looked really nice, they were spacious and inviting. The sheets smelled great and clean, and we soft and cozy. The room was clean and fully stocked. The staff at the front desk were so accommodating and helpful. I had a large party with several rooms and everything went smoothly.

The washrooms were not clean, we were moved to a different room and it still wasn’t clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. We paid $200 for a room, I don’t recommend going there.

Everything was dirty.. the carpet full of stains. the bathtub had a nasty ring from not being cleaned. The whole place was just nasty. After seeing how they take care of the place my wife and I would not even consider eating the breakfast they put out. Just gross. We were there for two days and they did not clean our room or anything. I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper! I am shocked they dont charge by the hour.

The whole place has an air of being slightly run down, but the new manager seems to be changing that and injecting a desire for excellence.

The room was nice bed a bit hard. I had no problem with the room, the pool, the location was nice. However, I was on the first floor closest to the hall door. That door made a lot of F**king noise! Yes, I am a light sleeper but the sound of the door opening and closing sounded like someone was opening my door! Freaked me out! You get what you pay for...

Property was old, outdated and dirty. Toilet didn't flush. Carpets were dirty. No elevator. Felt old and worn out, in desperate need of a serious upgrade.
