I had a nice peaceful experience at the studio 6 and I will recommend it to all my friends.

1st time staying here it was nice but the bathtoom clogged up, no toilet paper and front clerk was a little rude

A lot of shady characters around the parking lot and the grounds. The room smelled terrible and was not clean. Looked like someone was still staying in the room when I got there. The doors didn’t latch close properly so felt u safe. Left and booked another hotel in a better area.

this hotel is completely unsanitary, cockroaches, beetles, mosquitoes, bedbugs and you can go on and on! I'm amazed they are open at all. Horrible

I'll sign off of this site this site is bogus. You guys screw me over more than u ever do anything else. I should look into a lawsuit for this being the 8x in less than 90 days issue with hotels.com

The property and the rooms and landscsping are nice,the room could have been a little cleaner my only complaiint is the floor,it was poorly cleaned the reason I say that is my new white socks were black in within 5 minutes of walking in the room. The other issue i had was the maid pounding on the door at 10.20 am till I came to the door asking if I'm staying another night or checking out and she was very abrupt with me,I asked for a 12pm checkout and she was very rude to me saying I'll give you till 11.30 am and then she proceeded to tell me she couldnt cause i have a dog and that's another 10 dollars shes demanding that i have to pay,acting like I snuck my dog in my room was across from the office and I walked her right in front of the office and she was very rude to me when I stated that I've stayed at every Motel in this state and just came from Amarillo Texas and I stayed there a week and was told animal's are welcome at all Motel sixes,plus its never been an issue till now then she said we're Studio we can do what we want,huh but they sure take advantage of the franchise Motel 6 I suppose thats how they justify it and she said thats another 10 dollars keep in mind there is nothing stating that so she points at the piece of paper taped on the wall it mentions pets but nowhere on that sign does it say there's a pet 10 dollar pet fee so then she points to another piece of paper on the other wall in fine print saying it says its there,and at no time was i asked or told that

Liked the price. The pool was mirky, and the room is starting to show wear and tear.

Lots of noisy people this stay! Saturday night July 27th people were at the pool from 9am till 12am blaring the music loudly and kids running every where and when I asked if it could settle down after 12 hours of it I was told no. Not til 11pm. But the pool closes at 930? We work and we're up two days bc of the all day party. But that didn't matter. Most staff are extremely nice and helpful but there are a select few who glare and have an attitude problem. Hope we're gone soon. We pay to much money to deal with this!

Cleanly peaceful kind staff

Staff lie about issues that happens. They failed to clean my room for 21 days. After the first week i started cleaning it. It too almost 30 days to get clean sheets. But i washed mine weekly at my cost.

The overall place and stay I would say 4/5 stars. Not everywhere is perfect. Some staff have an attitude then others go above and beyond to help you out. It has a small cozy very little area with a fridge and stove top. For what we needed it works.

I went for a family orientation and everything was so close to me. From visiting family to the walkable restaurants that were near by, was very convenient for this trip.

Had a one week stay booked, both of my flights were delayed, and they canceled my reservation because I could not check in until the next morning, even though my father was in the ICU, very unhelpful, could never in good conscience recommend a place that won't work with travelers who encounter travel delays

Rooms were good.

Lets just start with the fact I stay there nearly every time I am in Tucson, and the records will prove it - it's a good deal Now the bad - I really don't see the point of reserving a room and being confirmed 8 hours earlier, only to arrive and have the front office tell me they did not had a room As I had no options at that point for a queen bed, I was forced to upgrade to a king, and the room is not at the special price as the one I reserved. The least she could have done is offer an apology, and/or give me the room at the price I reserved the other room at. Nope - not even a smile or eye contact, and I am generally regarded as the easiest person in the world to deal with. So yes go there - its quiet, clean, right off the highway, safe, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat and shop, I am just hoping this is a one off experience.

It was alright. A bit outdated, i needed to ask for more pillows, i only had one in my room. Also asked for more towels. I was there Monday-Saturday they supposedly said they go in to clean Wednesdays & Fridays I believe, they came in to clean only one day & it was i think on a Thursday. They didnt leave me that many clean towels but I didn't mind. The cabinet under the sink was broken, i told the girl upfront about it when i went to ask for more pillows & towels. It was alright overall. No bedbugs, i saw one cockroach but i mean its whatever, bugs are everywhere its inevitable.

Friendly staff, clean property, all the room amenities were in good working conditions.. we were content and comfortable. Hassle-free check in.

The bed and pillows were awful!! It said room came with dishes, but absolutely none!! I called and asked and still never got any!! Lots of yelling, fighting, etc going on at night!! Didn’t feel very safe!

This is the 5th time I have reserved a room for my dad. He always requests this Motel 6…so they must be doing something right. The staff has always been helpful. The rooms have been clean and room requests have been honored when possible.

On a roadtrip from California my car overheated in Tucson , Arizona and I found a reasonably priced studio 6 hotel would have gave it 4 stars for cleanliness no roaches however I found a dirty plastic cup in the bathroom cabinet…a little noisy at night with adults and children outside late but overall it was decent for 3 nights for a random stop during an emergency car repair.

Loud. Inside the room. Outside the room. Every time some close to the room shut their door. The whole room shook. Got zero sleep. Yes there’s a coffee machine, there is no coffee. The whole place is a dump. Stay somewhere else.

Limited parking
