Room was newly remodelled. Bed was comfortable & had a nice breakfast the next morning. Shuttle to airport was convenient.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 3:45pm even though check in time was from 3:00pm. No apology. Room in need of repair eg Door jam in bathroom was falling off and damage to bedroom walls. No coffee in lobby.

The Staff was great, they were fast and efficient getting me to and from the airport. Very Friendly! Made me feel right at home. The room was nice and cozy.

Very convenient location right by the airport. Has a free shuttle. Rooms were clean, breakfast was abundant (enormous pancakes). Breakfast is not buffet-style, so there is a server giving you a menu and then serving you. Server was polite and even offered us extra juice. Had fridge and freezer in room plus microwave. Room was spacious. Nice desk space for work. Nice pool area.

Motel-style setting. Something in the room (fridge. freezer, generator?) was making loud noises all night, then in the morning noisy door from people exciting building, so we got little sleep. Clock in room had wrong time set (time doesn't change in Arizona) so made us arrive late for our shuttle. No free bottle of water in fridge, had to go ask for it. Receptionist said no breakfast was included with our stay and that we had to pay. I had to do another trip to go grab my receipt and show that I paid extra to have breakfast. Manager explained that when booked through third parties some info doesn't come through. This is something that would need fixed.

on checking I was assigned a room, however there was someone in the room when I went to open the door.
