Beautiful setting in a former coffee plantation. Hotel was surprisingly grand and elegantly designed. Felt a bit of old school charm but in modern day. Entire team / staff were incredible.

Very small beds in 4 persons room. Shouldnt be sold as such. Rather offer 2 x room for 4 persons for the same amount.

Wonderful stay!

What an absolutely stunning hotel! I stayed here for two nights at the end of my Costa Rica adventure. After traveling around the country for seven days, my goal was to find a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to wind down before returning home (without having to leave the hotel- PSA: I previously stayed in downtown San Jose and didn't feel very safe walking around—do your research!). The hotel and its grounds are breathtaking, featuring two pools, a hot tub, plenty of chairs and tables for sunbathing, a driving range, and several dining options. I dined at three of the onsite restaurants, and all of them were excellent. The cocktails were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and kind! I spent an afternoon at the Kuo Spa, enjoying the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and an excellent massage. This hotel was the perfect choice for me as I didn't plan on leaving the premises, and there was plenty to do right there! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in the sun, or who needs to kill some time before a flight home!

Amazing facility, and excellent value. It is more like a resort and the grounds and customer service are outstanding. Will definitely be coming back here again. Loved it! So much to do for adults and kids. Gorgeous view!

We love the architectural design of the hotel, including the Spanish style furnishings. Staff were very helpful as well as friendly. Overall, the facilities including our room are very clean.

Beautiful hotel. It’s called Hacienda for a reason. Saltillo tile and barn doors. Very clean. Great pools and places within walking distance (1/2 mile to 1 mile…Starbucks and a cool food truck area). They have a hotel shuttle to the airport that runs every two hours starting at 0500.

Friendly staff ; hotel is huge and grounds were beautiful; Gym is well equipped but they have cone cups for water at gym. Convenient near the airport . But double beds seemed small to accommodate 2 person. On negative side, Rooms juts average and bathroom were dated .

This property has several restaurants on site, and while the food options are great, the quality and taste could be improved.

Very good hotel, very spacious, relaxing, beautiful. Excellent gym, best of any hotel in Costa Rica where I have stayed. I wish that their was more recreation, a basquetball court, oing pong table, game room ? The space is there. Really nice cafe and other restaurants.
