I came to stay at this property while waiting for repairs on motorhome , which had been taking much longer than had planned . My dog and I live full time in the motorhome and had what I could carry and depended on Uber to get us to the Sonesta Select . I was a bit early for checkin , but greeted by a front desk agent , that must have seen that I was stressed . She immediately took control, and just couldn’t have been more empathetic or more Professional. Over my weeks stay , I met probably the entire staff , everyone of them at some point went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed . The General Manager , couldn’t have been more understanding when my stay needed to be extended , and he also allowed me to stay in the same room to avoid any stress on myself or dog . More of a thank you than a review .. but over our the months that I’ve been displaced , and bounced to many local hotels during that time … I’m just sorry that the Sonesta Select wasn’t the first hotel we came to .. but than I wouldn’t be able to give an honest opinion of who’s doing things well . . . Customer service is alive and well at the Sonesta Select . Thank you for everything .. you’ve all made myself and dog feel very welcome and taken care of ! Todd

Everyone I had encountered that worked in the hotel couldn’t have been anymore kind to me and my dog during our stay . Especially the two women agents that had both engaged me in conversation when they’d see me , they offered shopping advice as to where to walk for this or that . The breakfast upgrade was perfect , and the hotel at any given time that I walked through the halls , elevator, and lobby were always clean and well looked after . For the price , and how close to airport and highway , and the kindness that the entire staff extended to me … I will make this my hotel when passing back through . Thank you !

Facilities and staff were top notch. Bummer the hotel cheaps out on breakfast. Most places we stay offer free breakfast but they did not. Difference between a four and a five.

Continental breakfast was not good. Overcharged for basic food items. Upcharged by expedia for the breakfast $20 per person. Then the hotel says they sent it as a package and can't refund me.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Sonesta Select. We especially loved the decor, the outdoor patio space, and the bed which was amazingly comfortable.

First and foremost, this is a "nonsmoking property". I think that is important to know, especially if you pay extra for a balcony-which is a complete waste since it's a "nonsmoking property". Also, the sliding door does not have a screen so you can't leave it open for a breeze. The balcony room i was placed in had a wonderful view of the parking lot where everyone was smoking... Anyway, the lowest temp the AC goes is 66 which is kind of stuffy. The shower water pressure was great. The bed was decent. There was no cleaning service for some reason and breakfast is not included. Overall it was a good stay for the very cheap price.

The staff was great and the price was on the cheaper end compared to their competitors. Everything was clean but we had a stain from, I believe, food sauce on our couch.

It is a smoke free environment, clean, and quiet. the stuffs are very professional and friendly. It is a place where you can go to have some peaceful time, you'll have access to a gym and swimming pool. they have a nice backyard.

Everything was fine i just had to switch rooms they sent me to a room without my coach bed I paid for, they were nice and changed rooms for me.

It was a great stay. Only thing they had an issue with the fire pit outside but that didn't change how we felt about our trip. It is as pictured.
