Good quality hotel in great location. Very, well equipped and clean rooms. Parking under hotel at reasonable rate. Great value for money.

A very pleasant experience staying at the Dutton and walking to the Concert Hall. Staff treated us with respect and were helpful. We have an enjoyable evening meal in the bar where staff were really helpful.

We had a very pleasant experience. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Nothing was any trouble.
The breakfast was amazing and the food in the bar was excellent.

The hotel was very well located on the main street downtown and walking distance to the shopping area and lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and efficient and we enjoyed the cafe at the lobby. The room was also spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We will recommend this to our friends and family

The hotel is so beautiful and elegant, the rooms are furnished well, the bed was so incredibly comfortable and the attention to detail was outstanding. You can tell that guests are their priority.
We had some very noisy people in the room next door to us who were playing their music and talking so loudly, we didn't have a problem with them enjoying themselves, but this was next level. We called Reception who contacted the Duty Manager, and the noise stopped immediately. The Duty Manager then called us back to make sure everything was good. We were very impressed with the response and the speed in which the call was acted.
We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to everyone looking for an amazing place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay but we were expecting a little more considering it is rated a 5 star hotel. Having no mini bar facilities was disappointing and i was unable to access room service through the QR code. Staff were professional but were not as warm and welcoming as we have previously experienced from our other stays in similarly rated accomodation.

The room (1101) was lovely and well appointed but unfortunately backs onto the lift well - so was very noisy throughout the night/early morning when trying to sleep.

Property was very clean and welcoming. Amenities in the room was very good. Staff were very polite, helpful and proactive. The breakfast spread was good too. A variety of honey available infused with cinnamon, strawberry etc. I would recommend this hotel as the location is very convenient too.

I like to visit the concert hall for WASO performances.
With the Duxton next door I love to stay and have supper after the event.

The hotel is very well situated in the city for easy access to all tourist sites.
The restaurant is first rate and all the staff are very friendly and pro-active.
One down-side is that they do not have recycling facilities, which was both a surprise and disappointing. I took all items to be recycled elsewhere.

I stayed at the QT previously in perth and this hotel was ALOT better. The rooms were big and spacious, the bathrooms were lovely and there was even a drinking water tap which i cannot tell you how much i appreciated!
The room service was good and breakfast was buffet style but amazing.
I would stay here again.

I admit I chose to stay in the Duxton because I used to work there 40 years ago when it was the tax office. My desk was on the 11th floor so I asked for a room on the 11th floor which I got! Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff, particularly Sara at reception. She is a real asset to the business. Give her a pay rise!
