The hotel was amazing, very modern and clean, we loved our room which had a balcony and overlooked the pool, the walk in waterfall shower was fabulous, the bed was huge, lots of storage and the free mini bar for drinks was a huge bonus ! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place

Great location, friendly and helpful receptionist, the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent. The pool looks amazing even though I did not use it. The breakfast, I was told by my friends that it was delicious as I did not eat breakfast. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable and the best part, we were offered an upgrade to our room. I was very pleased with my stay.

We stayed 5nights at Melia Bosque and we had an amazing time. Thank you to all the team from the reception, to the breakfast waiters and waitresses. Everyone was accommodating, the service was great and everyone had a smile.

Our room was as advertised and fine for our needs. Service from all staff was vey good and the hotel was generally clean and well maintained except for one elevator that vibrated loudly! Breakfast was ok but the food that was supposed to be hot (eggs, beans, mushrooms) was lukewarm at best.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Buffet breakfast was outstanding in terms of choice and quality. Room very comfortable with daily replenished free mini-bar.

What shall I begin with? It took us 25 minutes to check in due to only 3 groups of guests in front of us; the room is run down and dirty; there were multiple hairs on the bathroom floor. The shower door cannot close all the way, resulting in water leaking out onto the floor. The shower area was extra slippery; anyone may have a fall if not careful. There’s only one functional lift that can accommodate 4 slim people, you have to wait forever or take the stairs to save time. The hotel is 19 min bus drive to the city center, making it inconvenient if you’re into the bustling city tourism.

The rooms are modern, smart, comfortable and functional. Balconies and seating very pleasant. Front desk staff were impressive whoever was on duty. Special mention to Annie who had exceptional attention to detail and ultra willing to go one step further. The breakfast buffet was well organised and the layout relaxing. Staff in the lobby bar were friendly, professional, always prompt and attentive. Would certainly recommend the hotel for a weekend break or longer stay.

Trendy urban hotel more geared up for adults. Staff were helpful and friendly despite hotel being busy. Accommodated us on-the-day after flight cancellation so eternally grateful. Breakfast varied and enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, only a 20 minute walk from the old town, and just 5 minutes from the waterfront and marina. Beautiful room. Helpful, friendly staff! Fantastic food in their restaurant!

Nice Hotel, nice staff, great breakfast and big pool. Only downside is the ugly and small elevator.

Second time we've stayed here and enjoyed it just like last time.

Had an excellent experience at Innside by Meliá Palma Bosque. Hardly any complaints. The outside pool area could be slightly a bit bigger as it does get busy during peak season however overall the property met my expectations. There was one nice tapas bar in the area apart from that you have to take a taxi (7-10€) into Cala D’or for some great spots.

The breakfast was nice, very various. The room was beautiful.

It was a pleasant stay. Modern hotel, very clean and easy to access. A team of excellent employees, always willing to help in whatever it takes.

Overall good place to stay-we walked all over. We only stayed for a night at a time before and after a cruise. Quick taxi drive to City Central and cathedral. Staff very helpful getting transportation.

Great property, with great amenities. Staff is super friendly, very helpful and welcoming. A bit outside the city centre of Palma, but a very nice east walk into the city. We rented a car to explore the island a bit, and found easy street parking in front of the hotel (note that hotel doesn’t have their own parking). Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

After a very long travel day, we were happy to arrive at the Melia Bosque. The location is wonderful and quiet yet so close to the waterfront. The property was beautiful and the ammenities top rated (pools, spa, etc.). We highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Delicious local foods and a great dinning area. The INNSIDE Melia is our top choice every where we go.

I would recommend the hotel takes better care of the neighborhood

We had made an error when we reserved our room. We wanted a room with a balcony overlooking the pool but managed to mess up the reservation on a hotel app. The staff went over and beyond to fix our error. The hotel was very busy but they found us a room with its own balcony and terrace for a very small increase in the price. The room and terrace was fabulous. The room comes with a free stocked mini bar that was replenished during our stay. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room were the perfect end to days of exploring Palma. The location near the Castle Bellver was perfect. Walking through the woods was a great stress reliever. Also the ease to walk to the water in 5 minutes could not be beat. Finally lots of fun restaurants near the hotel. We really had the best stay thanks to the staff!

Unfortunately not the Melia experience I have had before. The room was extremely hot, they told us they couldn’t switch off the Aircon so we had to put up with the hot air. They brought us a fan but it didn’t help much. Furthermore, during breakfast the music was blasting and it was primarily electronic/ club music (so not much of a relaxing meal). The temperature at the indoor pool space should be around 40 degrees.. we almost couldn’t breathe

Hotel had a chemical ”air freshener” let into every room in hotel. People with asthma, chemical sensitivity, allergy suffer. 6 days had terrace door open 24 h. Was freezing. Floors were washed w/strong chemicals.was told all rooms had same chemical air. Will never go to a large hotel again. Worst experience ever. Caused headache, eye&throat irritation,coughing, runny nose.poor sleep and fatique.
