Our stay was for 7 days. A sign in our room said making up room every 3 days. Our room was cleaned the next day but never replenished styrofoam cups, coffee or soap. Left dirty cups around. Toilet seat was loose, wall behind bathroom door was never painted, bathtub not installed properly so it never fully drained. Drains were incredibly slow. Food or beverages could not be taken from breakfast area. Our room was never cleaned other than that 1 time. When husband went to complain the receptionist pointed to a sign that said stays of 7 days would only get 1 day of cleaning. So sheets were never changed and towels were not replaced. Trash was full so we handled that ourselves, too. On checking out receptionist asked about our stay and we noted all of this. No apologies given.

All the room amenities were excellent. The room was comfy. The breakfast had everything that was needed for breakfast. If the wash basin and the mirror area were larger would be preferable. The room has vinyl floor or something like that, so I needed to have my slippers on all the time. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel stay was good expect the uncomfortable bed and the springs o where making noise as I slept.

Stay was fine, but room spelled of bleach. I'm glad it was clean, but maybe air it out first.

This stay was the difference between night and day. My other stay was great but rhis stay wasn't. First off there must've been a problem with the app because hotels.com pit me in a handicap room. Secondly the room was shabby. The paint on the wall was chipped. The tub area and bathroom was not pleasant and the chair in the room had dried paint on it. The table was stained amd it just wasn't what i expected.

Enjoyed the stay at Comfort Inn. Enjoyed the cleanliness and staff professionalism. Thank you Expedia rep for your help and assistance with switching hotels after the debacle at Rodeway Inn. It was a complete 360 difference and I dont appreciate the Rodeway Inn false advertisement. The Comfort Inn lived up to its motto and standards

I bought a room here because it said nothing about allowing pets. I arrive and find out dogs are allowed on half of the floors. The shower was not what I would call clean, so I opted to not shower that day which is not something I would ever usually skip. No cable tv, just antenna channels. There was a blood stain on the bottom of my mattress. Couple of the lights didn’t work.

Condition of hotel is average. Needs to be updated. Furniture is stained and worn down. My tv did not work. No cable was available. It also would not connect to my phone. It was quiet. And my stay was ok.

The property and staff awesome. The bathroom in my room was not cleaned well. The shower and shower door was dirty I didn't feel comfortable using it. Showered at a friend's house

Older hotel that has had several updates, but overall it shows its age. Excellent breakfast, but terrible coffee. Smokers congregated at entrance.

The staff was pleasant and as accommodating as possible but the hotel rooms were dirty and in poor condition. My shade had a hole, the coffee table tops were no longer attached to it’s table post, there were red finger prints by the bathroom door and the ceiling in the bathroom had a bubble from either about to leak or from a prior leak. Lastly, my room phone did not have a dial tone, when I called the night front office from my cell, she said there was nothing she could do. I’m not sure why the landline would not work but it made me feel completely uncomfortable and unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were visiting for a funeral and didn't have time to keep going back and forth with the front desk. After first checking in, we noticed there was some trash in one of the trash cans. There were also people hanging out in the parking lot smoking Marijuana, which I understand is legal in NJ, but I would not have expected it on any hotel property. When going to take a shower the next morning, we noticed that the shower curtain rod was broken and the wall-mounted shampoo bottle was empty. I told the person at the front desk and she said she would let maintenance know. Hours later nobody had come and we were heading out. I asked her if they could come after we got back and she said "of course". When we returned, a different person knew nothing about the room and apologized, but said maintenance was gone for the day. The next morning I checked and repeated the same dialog. This time I was handed a mini bottle of shampoo. Now, our stay was half over. We emptied our own trash, exchanged towels with housekeeping or the desk and finally, checked out after 5 nights and still with a broken shower curtain rod. I have been a brand manager and currently own my own business. Your brand is everything. It is how other people see you. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn locations that were great. This is not even close and I won't be staying here again.

Management failed to do the right thing.

The first room they put us in had a leaking PTAC (air conditioner). The second room they put us had an antiquated PTAC it didn’t have thermostat control so we were either freezing or burning up.

No pool at this hotel. Washer and dryer were out of service. Tubs had paint peeling up doors were written on. Found food crumbs behind the night stands.

I enjoyed the weekend away and the comfort inn was very comfortable

The woman at front desk was very helpful when checking in. Like area of hotel. Comfy bed.
