Everything was great ! I didn’t enjoy the breakfast the sausage wasn’t prepared correctly and they only offered pork products and my fiancé does not eat pork

It was good. Bed was comfy but squeaky. The hotel was a little outdated but room was beautiful. Breakfast was ok could’ve been better

It wasn’t a great experience. I ask for a king bed and got 2 full, not queen, full beds. They shut my key down 4xs at 11:00 eve n though I was staying their a week. Not the cleanest but ok. If u wanted towels, you had to bring your old ones to the desk instead of calling down and someone bringing them to you. Some shady characters are around the outside n lobby. Breakfast is so so.

There was mold in the bathroom and it wasn’t that clean. It was hair in the shower. The clocks didn’t work correctly and the remote died. I had an employee raise her voice at me because I was trying to take breakfast up to my husband who wasn’t feeling so good. I had to throw the entire plate of food away and go out to get him something to eat. I wasn’t aware of the $60 hold that was required as a “just in case you mess the room up”fee. I’ve never had to pay that kind of fee before. I more than likely will never stay at this particular Comfort Inn again.

The hotel was decent enough, but definitely not worth $150/night. The bathroom tub/shower had been patched many times. Furniture was old and stained. Breakfast breads were stale.

Dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at! My shoes stuck to the floor- the heater/ac unit had some sort of sludge all over it. Tiles falling off the shower. Door wouldn’t properly seal.
Shower knob only worked at a few spots- if you tried to cool the water it would shut off.

I was unable to stay at this hotel because although they offered pet friendly hotel, they only allowed dogs and I have a cat so I was unable to stay there and I was unable to get a reservation anywhere else last minute, so we were kind of left out in the cold

Run down and old decor, checkin was a nightmare and the staff ignored the line of people who wanted to checkin while she set up new reservations for a huge group from overseas. No apology for making us stand there for 45 minutes either.

Our stay was for 7 days. A sign in our room said making up room every 3 days. Our room was cleaned the next day but never replenished styrofoam cups, coffee or soap. Left dirty cups around.
Toilet seat was loose, wall behind bathroom door was never painted, bathtub not installed properly so it never fully drained. Drains were incredibly slow.
Food or beverages could not be taken from breakfast area.
Our room was never cleaned other than that 1 time. When husband went to complain the receptionist pointed to a sign that said stays of 7 days would only get 1 day of cleaning. So sheets were never changed and towels were not replaced. Trash was full so we handled that ourselves, too.
On checking out receptionist asked about our stay and we noted all of this. No apologies given.

All the room amenities were excellent. The room was comfy. The breakfast had everything that was needed for breakfast. If the wash basin and the mirror area were larger would be preferable.
The room has vinyl floor or something like that, so I needed to have my slippers on all the time.
The staff was wonderful and helpful.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is not like a y comfort inn and suites I have stood at . Also the weed smells was so overwhelming giving me headaches front desk was alerted about it not much was done

Overall my stay was fine. My only concern was the amount of dog poop in the grass. When I would walk my dog it felt like I was Dodging land mines.

You can hear the other rooms noises throught the walls. We complain about people been extra loud from 12am to the 4am, we were not offered any accommodations. The lady on the front even told us that other people complained

Girl name Harley the supervisor try to put me in a regular room even thouth I had the reservation for suite the large room. I relented and she finally gave me the right size room and when I got to the room the room had a toxic smell coming from the AC unit giving me headache next day I had to change to another room. And the freege went dead the next day melting chunk of ice inside and overflowing into the floor like a flood! I informed them And would'nt replace with another freege! The shower curtain kept sliding to the middle making water splashing all over the fllor. Asked for service and be ignored again! The next day I left after 3 days stay even though my reservation was for 7 Days. On check out She charged me early departure fee of over $100. Terrible motel and I"m never going back to this place.

Overall, the hotel is a good deal. The rooms were not as pitched on the website, but they were clean. The air conditioner is rather noisy, but it does work well.

This stay was the difference between night and day. My other stay was great but rhis stay wasn't. First off there must've been a problem with the app because hotels.com pit me in a handicap room. Secondly the room was shabby. The paint on the wall was chipped. The tub area and bathroom was not pleasant and the chair in the room had dried paint on it. The table was stained amd it just wasn't what i expected.

Thank you Expedia rep for your help and assistance with switching hotels after the debacle at Rodeway Inn. It was a complete 360 difference and I dont appreciate the Rodeway Inn false advertisement. The Comfort Inn lived up to its motto and standards

I bought a room here because it said nothing about allowing pets. I arrive and find out dogs are allowed on half of the floors. The shower was not what I would call clean, so I opted to not shower that day which is not something I would ever usually skip. No cable tv, just antenna channels. There was a blood stain on the bottom of my mattress. Couple of the lights didn’t work.

Condition of hotel is average. Needs to be updated. Furniture is stained and worn down. My tv did not work. No cable was available. It also would not connect to my phone. It was quiet. And my stay was ok.

The property and staff awesome. The bathroom in my room was not cleaned well. The shower and shower door was dirty I didn't feel comfortable using it. Showered at a friend's house
