My stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice; the only issue was the loud bathroom fan-connected to the light and therefore not able to be shut off.

Comfortably enjoyed the stay. The clerk and the breakfast crew were very friendly, helpful & professional! Went snow skiing at Wolf Creek, so I will definitely be back!

Our stay was good. The people were friendly & helpful. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good.

The front desk person was kind enough to pack us breakfast as we had plans to leave prior to breakfast being served the next morning. It was very thoughtful. The only negative was that we happened to be in a room with a shared door and the inhabitants of that room had on a TV loud enough that we could hear every word. I wish the soundproofing between those rooms was better. I also would prefer not to ever have a room with a shared door.

The staff was great. The breakfast was ok, the room was clean except hair & dirt in bathroom. The bathroom floor was cracked & looked moldy in areas. Toilet had black fuzz, kleenex holder had 2 DIFFERENT colors of tissues meaning combination of 2 partially used boxes.
We brought swim suits but both indoor pool & hot tub were out of service, coke machine was out of service & pillows were uncomfortable. Our "view" was of the parking lot & highway.

A decent passing-through hotel.
No automatic enterance door.
No elevator at a two story accomodation.
A previous quest used the curtain to clean their nose. Gross.

South Fork Co, rooms were clean and large. The breakfast didn't have waffles, but we like the pancake maker better. It was very quick, not messy like the waffle maker. Push the button and it made 2 pancakes. South Fork Quality Inn is the best hotel in area, it has a pool and hot tub.

The first room they gave us had unmade bed. Facilities are clean, but furnishings are certainly older. Hot tub was out of commission and the pool had loose railings. The staff member assisting guests with breakfast was very good.

The room had a couple of issues that negatively impacted my rating. The sink was in view of the people laying in their beds, which meant the night light was in direct view. Also, I don’t care for taking showers using a bathtub. It feels like there’s a risk of slipping. The breakfast meal could be enhanced a little more.
On the positive side, the room was quiet and beds we’re comfortable.

Property was very nice and so was the manager who checked us in. Breakfast was good! Our room was nice and spacious but there was leftover food in the fridge and remnants of an "explosion" in the toilet 😳 just be sure to check your room before you let your whole family in there so it's easier to change rooms!

Pretty nice place. Needs some maintenance, but overall taken care of and clean. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and quite hospitable. 8.5/10. Would definitely stay again.

I booked this hotel for the hot tub. The pool and hot tub are closed permanently the manager said. He also said the owner said it costs too much to operate. I showed him the pictures of the pool and hot tub still posted on Google by the owner. False advertising stinks and i asked for some sort of credit because i paid more to stay here for the hot tub. The manager blew me off and did not care about it at all. Horrible service.

Our trip was a disaster because we lost our dog. BUT this hotel's staff was 100 out of 10. They helped look for him on their off hours. Posted fliers. Allowed us to print fliers. And offered a reward. When we were down they helped lift our spirits. NOW, on to the room. These guys work hard. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked with appliances. Anything we needed. This hotel was always full. Every night!

Nice Hotel near Wolf Creek pass. This was a late check in and the manager came over late to check us in. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable. Definitely will stay here again on our travels in the area. We love skiing at Wolf Creek too but usually staying Pagosa. This is closer and pass usually does not close on this side.

Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill. The lighting is horrible, the ice machine is broken, there’s no water machine, breakfast was limited, no water, and was either cereal, pastries, or waffles. The water park was closed but we heard it reopened. The game room area fountains were broken and full of stale water. It just felt like this place has been slowly closing down and falling apart. I wish Quality Inn would renovate this place because it’s in a great location and used to be a family favorite. Until then, we’ll probably skip this hotel next time.
