It was the “Best” Best Western I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this hotel. The room, with two queen beds was very large. The sea water pool was refreshing and had clean tables with umbrellas and chairs.

Everything I clicked above is what I liked about the property.

The issues were that there was hair (not mine) all over the bathroom, which gave an impression of uncleanliness but I feel it was cleaned prior to my stay. I did not know the property was under construction, and it was going on two doors down from my room. My room was very loud form the air conditioner and dehumidifier combined and I felt I should not turn either off because the temperature would then get uncomfortable. All in all, it was a positive experience, but could stand to be improved.

I don’t know what I’ve never stayed here before when I’m in the North Port/Sarasota area. The hotel was very clean and our room very spacious. I will stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

The moment we walked in we were greeted with a very friendly hello. All questions were answered with suggestions on places to visit, and places to eat! We were also greeted with a very fresh clean aroma giving us the feeling of cleanliness! It continued on to our room. Spacious and clean.

Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Bed and linens were very comfortable and we enjoyed the clean pool as well as the delicious Continental breakfast. Great stay!

Pros are large rooms, breakfast included, easy and free parking, comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave in room, friendly and helpful staff, and free and fresh cookies. Cons are moderate noise due to renovation work during the day.

Good breakfast, decent pool, nice fitness room and the beds are comfy! Every person we interacted with was friendly and there was plenty of hot water!

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms. It was nice to have a couch and chairs in the room, so that we could relax without having to use the bed to sit on. Also, it was a nice and quiet hotel, didn't hear other guests come and go.

The property is clean, the staff is friendly, and it is centrally located. The rooms are spacious

An amazing staff!

Pros: Fairly clean room. Spacious room. Quiet. Mini kitchen. Washer N Dryer. Free Tesla EV charging. Cons: Carpet in rooms, Dehumidifier in the room was full of water. Had to manually clean the air filters for both AC wall unit and dehumidifier, gross. Medium roach hallway wall, hallway carpets extremely perfumed order.

Very nice property and lovely staff.. a bit noisy w hammering on the one day I was there, though. I believe they are in the process of remodeling some rooms, so it was understandable.

Front desk staff was not friendly. Half the hotel room were full of immigrants using the rooms. Pool very small and no spa. Keys didn’t work on the side doors. Suite had no pull out couch. Small furniture

My experience with this hotel was great. Friendly staff and very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is close to the beach and has amenities close to the hotel. Asheley was kind and professional, she always greeted us and offered suggestions when we had questions.

We went to Venice to find shark'steeth; By Saturday night, we found 310 total. Not to shabby. When we started unloading our beach stuff, my husband asked where were the sharks' teeth? "In our beach bag," I replied. He couldn't find them and went back to the car to see if they fell out somewhere. No luck. After showering, I went out to the car to look for them. They were nowhere to be found. As I reentered the lobby, the front desk person, Ashley, asked how my day went. I told her about losing the bag of teeth. After a brief pause, she asked if they were in a clear plastic bag? "Yes, they were." She told me another guest had found them at the entrance to the lobby. I couldn't believe it. She called the guest's room and advised that the owner of the bag of teeth was standing in front of her. Within a few minutes, the other guest arrived with my bag in hand. Overjoyed, I thanked her profusely and gave her a big hug. If it hadn't been for Ashley, I wouldn't have my precious shark's teeth. Thanks, Ashley.

Staff was great Water was out for several hours . I was not notified prior to me checking in. No outlet for cell phones/electronics. Staff let me use a block for my phone I stayed 3 days with no cleaning of the rooms.

Free breakfast

Large room, comfortable bed, nice towels. After we came back from dinner there were cookies at the front desk, that’s a nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful, pancakes and waffles plus eggs and sausage. I don’t know what they are spraying but this hotel smelled amazing.

It was perfect.

Everything was excellent but, there was a ghost in my room.. I’m not joking my hat moved all by its self. I’m not the only one that seen it. Other than that it was great.
