Entire staff top notch! Pool and hot tub were terrific and welcome. Our bathroom shower handle was wonky and need repair soon but worked. The rest of the room was great z Breakfast was so-so. Second time here - definitely will stay again. Location perfect for Chicago north suburbs.

The entire stay was amazing until the very end.
I chose this hotel due to the 12 pm chrckout.
At 11 there was a knock at the door and someone saying time to checkout! When i showed them the text I had that let us stay until noon, they said ok and let us be. Then at 1147 they were back again, this time trying to enter the room.
Everything else was fantastic. The woman who checked us in Saturday night was enthusiastic and friendly, room was great, breakfast was fine, but that last hour made it seem like they wanted us gone. Ruined an otherwise great stay.

Consistently very welcoming. The room was warm, clean, new and fresh. The front desk manager was awesome. Very warm and helpful. Breakfast was great. Few hot breakfast options. Free cocktail and fresh baked cookies were very pleasant surprise and very welcoming.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent with several options. The Happy Hour was disappointing as really it was wine and some crackers and cheese. I wanted a cocktail and they were out of tonic water. The pool and spa were great, but the hot tub was closed for part of my stay. The light in the bathroom kept flashing. It was an average experience.

A little dated (cd player alarm clock) but it was super clean and the staff was great! Close to many shopping opportunities and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and clean hotel, the breakfast wasn’t all that good but it was hot and fresh. Very clean pool and hot tub, room has a mini fridge and microwave that worked good. The front desk attendant was so nice and helpful, will stay here again!

Fire alarm was pulled during our stay and no reason as for why.. was told the next morning “oh there was a wedding that night and someone drunk probably pulled it..” it was real fun getting my 3 year old back to bed at 12:30am. Pool area was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Room was OK, was a little outdated.

TV in the living room did not work front front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was the weekend and I would have to talk to the manager on Monday on Monday. The manager was in a meeting and the front desk person took my phone number and name and said the manager we get Get with me with the return phone call as of today I have not received a phone call from the manager

The service was great! The lady at thefront desk was super nice and awesome! The bed abd pillows were a little soft for my liking, but thats my personal preference. The room was great! Especially for the price. Would definitely go again!

Our room was located just down the hall from the check in desk, next to the laundry facilities, pool and our door directly across from public restrooms. Event rooms were across the hall. This room felt like it should have been an office for the staff.
Toilet lid cracked and bathroom fan did not work.

Nothing spectacular about the stay. Wasn't the best I've experienced but far from the worst. The room was still a bit outdated and carpet was worn down. Some of the usb ports in the outlets didn't work but biggie there. Biggest issue I had was the "training" employee that checked us in was unattended and she charged my account twice. Had to wait 3-5 days to get that almost $400 back in my account which was quite irritating. Breakfast was pretty basic for a Country Inn hotel. Our room was quiet and we weren't disturbed for the most part but we were also on the 3rd floor. The heavy smell of cigarette smoked filled the hallways and was very unpleasant. Overall a lot better than the previous Country Inn I stayed in.

Nice area, nice room, smaller pool but clean and had good hours. Front desk gave us the key to the wrong door which was a little alarming but other than that, it was a good stay but a bit over-priced as compared to other stays.

I actually had an amazing stay if I come back out that way I would stay again ! I only thing is, on my way getting ready to check out I was in the restroom in the room I stayed in when I hear someone at my room door trying to open it.I said hello and the other person on the other side said hello as well and that my room was his room . So that’s the only down side about my stay was over booking the room . Even if I was getting ready to check out the room still needed to be clean for the next guest and in a way that is a safety concern.. I’m just glad that happened on the last day of me being there .

We had a late check in but called ahead to notify the desk attendant. They were very nice and thanked us for the heads up. Upon arrival the front desk attendant was a delight. She got us checked in fast. The room was clean and beds were more comfortable than most. As far as the hotel and experience from staff, location and accommodations it was a 5 star experience.
Unfortunately, we had very inconsiderate guests above us. The ruckus was so much and loud that we thought they had children. Finally at 1am I went down to ask about how to proceed. Turns out there were no children but the attendant agreed it was past 1AM and time to quieten down. She called to ask that they quieten down. Unfortunately seems she was disregarded and it continued well after 2am. I do wish hotels would put a bit more consideration into noise proofing when they build or rehab. However, this complaint falls directly on the guests above us for just being inconsiderate guests.

This property was very clean for it not being as new as some hotels, lots of extras like happy hour and free breakfast, service friendly, great convenient location, bed and pillows need to be swapped out for better quality , I woke up with a migraine from my neck ache, didn’t sleep well due to mattress either. I stayed here 3 nights. One final note, this place is less expensive so expect the clientele to reflect that, FYI

Excellent stay. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially the manager. Will definitely stay again at this hotel on my next visit to Chicago.

The front desk lady was just the sweetest! The lady at breakfast was a little rude. The room was not the cleanest, I had to clean and sanitize the whole room, the doors all were not working right. Getting into the room you have to push hard and turn the knob a certain way just to get in and same as the bathroom. My kids were locked in for a bit because the door was broken. Room was not very homey like other hotel rooms we’ve been to.
Swimming pool was small but it was fun for the kiddos. The front desk ladies made it worth the stay bc they were so sweet!!!

As an Expedia VIP property. I expected a lot more like other properties have provided. There was no room upgrade, no extra upgrade, no vip treatment. There was ants and a huge roach in the bathroom.

Lisa, the front desk manager made our stay fabulous. She is so kind and really cares about her guests. I would stay here again because of her! The beds were comfortable but bouncy. The kids loved going into the pool and hot tub. Nice patio area in front. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Would recommend.
