It was a great stay ! Great sized fridge, very clean and the microwave was a huge plus! Overall a good room and experience :)

When we got there they tried to down size our room when we refused they did give us a room with king size bed , the frst room we were given bed wasn't made room a mess so they gave us another room which had alot of issues. The bathtub had peeling paint, shower head and faucet had calcium build up , broken outlet near bathroom sink. Room down end of hall just felt a little uncomfortable. Continental breakfast wasn't set up early enough so food slow coming out , we left

There was mold on the inside of the drawers, the blankets had what looked like blood stains there was burn holes in the top blanket. I was very unpleased with our stay.

Well for starters, I paid for a non-smoking room, when I checked in, not only did it smell terribly of smoke, but there were even cigarette burns in the comforter on the bed, If that's not bad enough, I ended up having to buy ice because the ice machine was broken, to add insult to injury, I went out for the day on Saturday only to return and find that my room had not been cleaned or towels changed, for over $125 a night, I was extremely disappointed with my stay, I will certainly be looking for better accommodations on my next trip to Waterbury.

This hotel apparently was an old motel built on 2 floors with a stairway connecting them. The rooms are 2- or 3 star only, although the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is adjacent to I-84 but windows are thick enough to block out most noise.
Bathroom was sparse on minimal amenities and threadbare towels. There was an odor (amazingly of cigarette smoke) from the bathroom exhaust, that I think connected to other rooms where people were secretly smoking. Smote detector in my room was disengaged.
The coffee machine was filthy, spewing out horrid waste water left in it from previous guests. I also found tooth pick cleaners on the floor, and the desk chair broken.

Room was previous smoked in, walls were punched in, holes in blanket, Used condom on the steps outside. no coffee in the morning. ( Broken). pictures on the internet did not match the actual building we had, falling apart. needs a complete overhaul, stop with the nice pictures that doesn't reflect the true Inn.

Very dark at night and place did not have coffee for breakfast.Could have taken a pot from a room or bought Dunkin’ donut since nearby.Also lobby was not inviting!Owner did not mention a senior discount or what’s in area to do.Rooms were very big and clean

Check in was terrible. Was told the System was down they made a photocopy of my credit card and drivers license which I was very uncomfortable with then called me 15 minutes later and said they were able to process my credit card and I can come pick up the copy that they made of my credit card which could’ve been duplicated at any time was not comfortable with us at all with today’s day and age of identity, theft, and credit card fraud

The area and building were very sketchy and in need of major repairs, the room was a good size but there was a hole in the wall of the bathroom and the shower water pressure was practically non existent, the ac didn’t work and we left after about an hour after finding multiple ROACHES in the room.

With all the extra space in the parking lot and the empty restaurant there could be a pool or the lot could get cleaned up.

The room was not dirty but there was a lot of mold and an unknown something on the ceiling. The microwave was dirty and the coffee pot was unusable. The coffee station at the "breakfast" was broken and so the hotel had no coffee offerings. One individual at the desk was lovely and did let us use the microwave in the back but the other individual was impatient and rude. The smoke detector was covered in packing tape.

This motel needs some updating--I don't need luxury, but this was pretty run-down. I walked around the room barefoot for about an hour, and my feet were filthy. The bathroom needed caulking. Also, the coffee machine in the lobby wasn't working, and they said it would be several days before it would be repaired. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and we were getting smoke from other rooms. The AC smelled very musty--like the filter hadn't been changed for a very long time.

1. I could not make my reservation over the phone. I could not understand anything they were saying and they became rude and sarcastic.
2. My room was a low grade motel room. Totally inadequate, uncomfortable, sparse furnishing, it was so humid in the room, the sheets felt wet. I had to use my own linens and pillows.

Good location, pretty clean but mold was on the ceiling and bathroom door is not set properly. You can't close door if using toliet. Breakfast was very good.

My husband is a construction worker and he said the boys would even question staying there. Very sketchy!

Sink was clogged, there was mold or mildew on ceiling. Mirror in front desk was sprayed with some kind of spray or sticky liquid. After we asked the manager it took a while to unclog the sink and the ceiling was just painted over the water dammaged.

Check-in was ok. The older woman thaat checked me in was a little rude but overall it was ok. Even extending my stay was a breeze. I'd come back. very clean as well. Thanks

The service was not as good as it should be. This is about customer service only. Please allow front desk receptionist that you hire have customer service skills. She was not helpful at all. After asking for information to look up the room, she still couldn't find our reservation when we tried to check out. She then shut down and didn't follow up with us like she said she would and it's been two days now with no call from her manager. Casilda or Casalva is her name.
