Ythe spacious room

William at the front desk was very personable, very hospitable, and made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed for my stay. I’m a Braintree resident, and I know all the surrounding muses and restaurants, and he listed off every nook and crannie that not a lot of people know about in that area. I was on business at the time. It made me feel even more at home, to know, that someone who doesn’t even live in this area, knows about all the popular attractions and businesses for this area. If my company had an open position, i would hire William in a heart beat.

I had roaches in my room

The best about this hotel is the people working there, kind and professional every single person in the staff; but the property needs renovation.

Problem with AC. Reported to front desk. Nothing done. Was given a room next to wedding party guests. Party in room started at 2:30 a m. Little sleep. Lastly, some of furnishings worn need updates. Needless to say, I will not be returning. This cost us $249 in total.

I arrived at the desk Friday 7/26/24 to check in I waited for 15 mins finally someone came the person said they were all alone I gave them my information and my license the person stared at the computer for at least 3 mins then says to me sir I’ll be right back. The desk person disappeared for about 5 mins then comes back looks at his computer for a few more minutes finally I said is everything alright he says no we’re are over booked. I asked to speak with a manager and requested that I’m put into a surrounding hotel as there is multiple on the same street. I demanded this because I was not contacted via cell phone or email that I provided when booking my hotel. He instructed me that I would need to request a refund and there’s nothing the hotel or him can or will do. I then told the desk person I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 28 years and the reason why I was unable to check in was because my room wasn’t made ready by hotel staff and that is why he left me to verify that then lied to me about the reason he then apologized a said sir you’re right that’s the exact reason. Completely unacceptable as I stepped away from the desk to check other hotel availability on the same area and I then overheard him instructing another guest that was checking in the same thing this guest had an even worse situation they booked their stay a month prior and flew into town for a wedding once again absolutely nothing was done for him either. I’m expecting full refund please help

Motel 8 type feel

Roaches was in my hotel room all I wanted to do was have a good birthday weekend with my fiancé smh Boston was a vibe forreal I hadda good time until I got back to the hotel and turned on the light and saw roaches….i was totally lost for word and the fact that they couldn’t even compensate us with putting us in another room I do not recommend staying there until they pass inspection on the roaches

I was given the room and someone was in there and I walked in on them in "bed"!!!!

The pictures shown for that hotel are not how it really looks some parts in the hotel room were dirty like the floor and the bathroom walls weren't too clean

Staff at front desk was great. My room smelled somewhere between cigarette smoke, musty and spoiled food. The odor in the halls was worst. The room was very outdated, and the carpet was damp and dirty. The bathroom fixtures were loose and did work well. The bathroom sink hot and cold was crossed. The top blanket on the bed was stained. there was mold on the wall above the window. Recliner was dirty and broken. I did not bring any of these matters up to the management because I figured even if they moved me to another room, it would not be much better. I was very disappointed with these accommodations, especially spending 427 dollars.

We got there and the hotel over booked. We got there almost late at night and were told they overbooked. The person who told us this didn't even apologize. We will never book in this chain of hotels.

Suite was dirty, smelly, and looked like it has been vacant for months. Bathroom was old and dirty. My companion refused to sleep inside the bed. We booked two nights but left after the first one. Big disappointment.

Hallway had popcorn and trash. Thinking when i checked in was late in the day maybe it occured and hadn't been clean yet. Days later the same. The stair was also the same with paper on steps for days. The room i was in was ok and the check in personal was very polite.

Industrial area

The stay was awesome the staff was even better. The only me and wife encountered was the the sheets on our bed was dirty. The staff was very accommodating and was ready and willing to give us another room but all we needed was clean sheets. Thank you for that.

Check in personal was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with ample amenities. Would return to this hotel.

We didn’t even stay we checked in and there was weird people all over the place. got up to our room and looked like someone vomitted in the tub not clean, room smelled like stale cigarettes we walked right back out and walked down to the desk and told him the problems and instead of rectifying the situation we asked for a refund and said we were not staying there they were quick to refund our money. It’s sad the people that work there know that it’s not worth fixing. It should be shut down or a code enforcer should go in.

Convenient location for my needs

Stained sofas, rips in bed spread and stained bed spread, sticky floors, no remote to TVs, bathroom towel rack missing the bar.

Like home away from home! Easy drive into Boston. Great housekeeping services. I left dishes in the sink (some were our personal dishes as well) while we went to Boston for the Sox game. When we returned all of the dishes had been washed! I didn't expect that at all. Wish we could've stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again!

More than the cost….highly recommend

Didn’t get the room I booked. Was supposed to have a room with a pull out couch and didn’t. Got a single bed. Then the tv wouldn’t work. Found hypodermic needs in the hall next to the elevator.
