Sticky floor, sticky spots in the desk, and even the remote has a sticky substance. obviously not vacuumed, debris on the rims of the glasses. Poor quality of furniture

The service was excellent, staff was very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a little dated and beat up. Very quiet for the most part .

It was ok .but if you have a person in the room next to you going to sleep at 5pm or 9pm they will govern the time .you can play your TV or enjoy your room. So I just couldn't understand the knock on my door. Just because you go to sleep At a certain time .does not mean everyone goes to sleep at the same time 🤔

Cleanliness was awful. The dishes were left in the dishwasher and it was leaking old dirty water onto the kitchen floor. Roaches came from that.

Horrible smelll to the room. Very noisy. Can’t get in touch with the front desk when you call. No phone in the room to call the front desk, had to use my cell phone. The rooms need a makeover

I’m a Braintree resident, and I know all the surrounding muses and restaurants, and he listed off every nook and crannie that not a lot of people know about in that area.
I was on business at the time. It made me feel even more at home, to know, that someone who doesn’t even live in this area, knows about all the popular attractions and businesses for this area.
If my company had an open position, i would hire William in a heart beat.

Problem with AC. Reported to front desk. Nothing done. Was given a room next to wedding party guests. Party in room started at 2:30 a m. Little sleep. Lastly, some of furnishings worn need updates. Needless to say, I will not be returning. This cost us $249 in total.

Roaches was in my hotel room all I wanted to do was have a good birthday weekend with my fiancé smh Boston was a vibe forreal I hadda good time until I got back to the hotel and turned on the light and saw roaches….i was totally lost for word and the fact that they couldn’t even compensate us with putting us in another room I do not recommend staying there until they pass inspection on the roaches
