A huge roach came from behind one of the beds crawling inside my luggage. Fleas were in the bathroom, I ask for a clean room they said it was too far from the lobby & did not make a change. Housekeeping came inside to spray and left the room full of that strong spray smell and I have asthma.

Close and convenient to the airport. (Walk across the street) A/C works great. Large property. Clean. Its all you need for the night when landing in Managua.

Great last minute stay. Can walk directly across the street from the airport. Staff is friendly and there is an attached restaurant with great food and drinks. Will actually be booking again for the night before my very early AM flight due to the convenience of the location and friendly staff.

Food was great! The property has 2 pools and a bar. Incredible location as there’s a shuttle that takes you right to the airport across the street.

After 2 first great nights, my 3rd stay at the Hotel was unacceptable. They did not give me the room with a King Size Bed but gave me a room with 2 queens size beds and a single bed. Also the room was not clean and there were excrement of an small animal on 2 of the beds and also on the floor. I went to the hotel front desk and they told me that they couldn't do nothing because the hotel was full. I tried to explain that my reservation was made the 26th of May so close to two months before so they had all the time to respect the reservation. They repeated that they could do nothing and gave me the key and they simply walked away leaving me there. A very cold hearted service and bad customer service. I paid a lot for this reservation and it was not respected. I'm not happy with experience and want would like to have a reimbursement. I have pictures of the room and the excrements. Please contact me so we talk about this horrible experience and what can be done to rectify this.

Horrible customer service. Staff is very rude and racist. During my stay I placed a complaint with the supervisor on staff and he showed no empty or did not apologize. Does not have any type of customer service or leadership skill. The front desk was making fun of me while checking me in. Entire staff needs to be trained on customer service skills. Will not be staying here in the future.

Good location and amenities. Lacks a bit of modernizing, but given its location, it is very convenient.

The hotel and room were outdated. No headboards in the beds and we had triple beds, AC not working properly, lamps not working because they were put in places without outlets, no telephone in room. The room was a disaster, the pictures in Expedia did not match the room. The only good thing is that it was so close to airport.

Very convenient if you fly from Managua airport early morning. Unfortunately we had dinner there and the food was terrible. It was deep fried tough cold mixed platter. The tortillas were stale. When told the staff (in Spanish), they just shrugged and walked away. The property itself is dated and not the cleanest.

This hotel is most conveniently located across the street from the airport! They also offer a free shuttle. My room was fine and the breakfast was pretty good! They have a huge pool and grounds if you spend the day. I checked in past midnight and the front desk gave me another guest’s room so I walked in on someone in bed. Must’ve been so terrifying for them. Then I received a new room and someone else attempted to open my door (luckily I was still awake!). It felt very safe aside from the front desk’s mistakes.
