I felt the property was not a three star place. Quality of place would be closer to a motel inside the rooms lobby was decent staff were nice and friendly no complaints there but expected a lot more in the room for the name and price of the place

Parking is included which is a big bonus

After a hard day touring the Boeing factory and taking an Orca viewing boat from Anacortes; we enjoyed a great check-in and well kept room to collapse in.

Convenient location just off I-5, near plenty of shopping and dining options. For some reason our room smelled like campfire even though outside was perfectly clean.

Front desk was awesome Saturday 8/3/24 at 7pm

Staff at front desk were very polite and kind. I didn’t want to walk out to the back parking lot again to put my pass in the window because I didn’t feel safe and she understood.

Room is a bit dated. The fridge contained food from prior guest. Pull out mattress was old and uncomfortable.

Although we had a reservation, the clerk told us that the hotel had overbooked and that no room was available for us. We were sent to the hotel next door. Prior to trying to check in at the Marriott, we had to park a distance away (due to lack of availability of parking near the building), so an extra frustration was having to schlepp our luggage a long way back to the car before driving over to the hotel to which we had been redirected.

Property is well located for public transportation to Seattle and will be even better when Light Rail arrives.

The staff were friendly and hospitable. After noticing there was no coffee table outside on the patio the general manager went out to purchase one the next day. We also recieved free breakfast which wasn't originally included in our stay.

The customer service here was probably the best customer service my husband and I have had at any hotel we've stayed at! They were super friendly, helpful and positive. I really can't say enough about how great the staff were! It was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were a little dated in comparison to the updated lobby area but that didn't bother us. Thanks for the great service!

This hotel is disgusting. I've stayed in cleaner Motel 6s. The floor of our hotel has sticky spots everywhere, the bathroom is full of mold, and the comforters are very clearly dirty. They didn't even have a clean comforter to give us.

I had checked in via online and got a follow-up email that said I would get a text once my room was ready. Never got that text until I checked in physically at the hotel at 7:30pm. Was hoping my room would be ready after 1 or 2pm so I could put my bags in there before my event. I wasn’t asked about my Marriot Bonvoy number, and had to bring it up and was told "Ummm, yeah, I guess I can take that now" Also had no towels in my room. When I checked out the next morning, I let the front desk person know. He was very nice and apologized, and let me know he would add points to my Bonvoy acct to make up for that. He made the whole experience better by doing that for us!

My husband and I booked a room at this Marriott location so we could attend our daughter's baby shower. The shower was originally schedule to be in a park, queue torrential down pour and rain. First thing the morning of the shower, I asked Jenny at the front desk about the possibility of renting one of their rooms given the short notice. Jenny was amazing and had the room ready for us incase we needed it. We gave her about an hour notice that we would be needing the room and she didn't break a sweat. The room was the exact right size for the number of people attending and we were able tote in our own grill to BBQ burgers and hotdogs. Everything went off with a minimum amount of hitches on our part. At the end of the event Jenny had already left and Becky took over making sure that we had everything we could possibly need. All in all, the hotel went way above and beyond to help us make the baby shower a success. Thank you all very much!

Right off interstate so easy to get to but quite. Has comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a great coffee bar.

Charges keep showing up from this hotel 3 weeks after check out. Will not stay there again.

My room has ants crawling on the table and the toilet doesn’t flush properly.

We enjoyed our stay! Very friendly staffs and good location. The make to order breakfast is very good and healthy! The only complaint is no body lotion or shower cap in our room.

Check in staff was great no issues pulling up my reservation. The reason for my score is as a seasoned traveler It is what it is a middle of the road hotel Fixtures in the room, C Enable to check out via hotel TV, Free breakfast I ordered the breakfast burrito premade, and was cold in the middle.
